Room wasn’t as clean this time and that apartment unit was a bit janky.🙄 Overall I was not happy with my stay due to check in process that was changed from the last time and the room was not clean.

The location and common areas of this property were very nice. The room was terribly dirty, the carpet and furniture were badly stained and appear to have never been cleaned. The bathroom was very dirty as well, mold and paint peeling around the shower. Mirror did not appear cleaned and faucets, sinks had water spots. The balcony did not have any furniture and was also very dirty hand prints all over the sliding door and paint on the balcony walls. Disappointing. Not sure I would stay again.

The property itself was lovely, but the check in process itself made the whole thing not worth coming back. My flight was delayed so I got in around 10pm, the door to the building was locked with only a QR code on the door. It took 20 mins from me scanning the QR code to get a response back which prompted me to fill out a CC form. Once I submitted that, it took another 20 to get a reply. Once I was finally inside the building after almost an hour, the code they sent wouldn’t open the box where the room keys are. I didn’t get inside my room until almost 11:30pm. The phone number you’re supposed to text, does not take calls, the security number listed is a 3rd party and cannot contact the property in anyway. Your only options if arriving late, is to hope that your texts go through and wait until they decide to reply

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They let me keep my suitcase there until check in. They also let me switch rooms so I could have a view of the mountain. They answered my questions about check out and were super attentive. Not to mention the place is really nice, the apartment rooms are great and great pool and hottub!

After 5 request we finally received a 2nd day. This was quite an inconvenience for us as a couple. Very noisy room - truck deliveries at Mercedes side. Other quest were very loud in other units. No Tv in bedroom. Gym was sub par.

Nice place in good area close to things to do & bars & restaurants. The people working in the building-front desk staff could use a bit more personality & be more helpful. Requested extra towels prior to checkin to use for the pool & told they would be there but didn't get them. Had to ask again when I arrived but was told they didn't have any extra & that they didn't get their towel delivery yet. Told me to wash the towels in the unit which I was using to shower with. Needed the extra towels for the pool. It's the little things that make a difference with customer service. Went to the pool with no towels but came back to unit with a bag of towels on door after I didn't need them. There is a Parking fee through a 3rd party app that lets you in & out the building. Nice apartment but I'll stay somewhere next in Scottsdale next time where there is better customer service. Just my preference.

My stay at Sentral Old Town was great overall. The location is super convenient right across from the mall, shops, and plenty of things to do, which made everything easily accessible. Check-in was pretty straightforward. When you arrive, make sure to grab your key fob from the Keycafe located to the right of the front desk. There’s also a parking garage attached to the building just scan the QR code when you pick up your key fob. The unit itself was clean, very quiet, and had some really nice amenities like the sky lounge and pools, which made the stay even better. My only complaint is that several of the white towels had stains, which was a bit off-putting. Aside from that, everything else about the stay was great and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

I stayed at this place, and on my second night, the key fob that was attached to my other keys (along with my AirTag) somehow fell off. Because it was after hours, I called dispatch. They gave us a number to text since you can’t call them after hours. While texting, they weren’t able to help at all—they just said the receptionist would be back at 9. We had to sleep in the car because I didn’t have my belongings with me. When 9 came around, they still weren’t able to make us a replacement key until the evening, although they did let us back into our room before then. It was the worst experience ever, and I regret not just booking a hotel. If anything happens after hours, you’re practically on your own. I saw another review where someone else got locked out, so I know I’m not the only one. I would not recommend this place, as the team is not helpful at all outside of regular hours.

Beautiful property and apartment. Check in and out process very well organized. Great location to shops and eating out. Everything within walking distance, nice not to have to use the car. Would have liked a little more transparency regarding the parking fee. It is a hefty fee for 1 day. This should have been more clearly displayed at the time of booking.

Wonderful stay, the unit is modern, very clean and has all you need for your stay. The bed and linens were really comfy and I slept like a baby! Check-in and check out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Communication with the host was quick and seamless. I would definitely book again and highly recommend.

Do NOT stay here if you are arriving outside of reception hours. I arrived late and the code they gave me for the key cafe didn't work. Their only support is via text message and they repeatedly told me the same code and to enter it. I tried fir over an hour to make it work and it didn't. I had to then drive to find another hotel at midnight. The next day they told me that they had missed a number in the digital code. Expedia were excellent in organising the refund but it was a horrific experience as a solo travel to have to find a new hotel at midnight.

The Sential has long term tenants. It has an apartment vibe And not a hotel vibe. The carpet in the bedroom had lots of stains should be replaced or at least cleaned.The employees were very friendly and helpful. Great location to walk to the restaurants, old town and the mall. Overall we were pleased with our stay.
