「Rooms clean, great staff, pool was great, bar areas too. Would be nice to have a microwave in the rooms.」

「Bespoke is a unique option - a cross between a small hotel and lovely, private cottage at the quiet, walkable edge of the Scottsdale art district. The shaded courtyard was a soothing spot to have a morning coffee and watch the doves and hummingbirds come to drink at the fountain. Fresh flowers and supplies for a pour-over hot drink gave a cozy feel to the interior.」

「Quiet, beautiful, secluded, great pool」

「Great location and property. There’s construction happening across the street so a few mornings we woke up to banging. Also, my card was charged a couple times for incidental holds. I told the manager and they stopped them immediately, however still unsure why multiple holds at different rates. Overall we would stay again.」

「Service is not very good as they don’t send me the receipt to my email correctly. And I call back after few days I checked out request that the receipt. Their attitude not very good. And the room is a bit noisy at night from outside as it’s close the club and bar area. If you need a quiet night at hotel, this is not a good choice. 」

「The room was located very close to the bar area, so noise from outside was clearly audible. In addition, I did not receive a receipt at checkout. When I later called the front desk to request it, the process took a long time and the staff’s attitude was not very helpful. I eventually received the receipt, but the overall service experience was disappointing.」

「One of the benefits of booking the hotel was the indoor pool. Pool was out of order the entire stay. Staff was not helpful and vague and had a nonchalant attitude when I inquired when the pool would be back in order.」

「Loved it. Definitely the place to be while in Scottsdale. Even if you’re older lol We ate at the wolf and absolutely loved it. Both pools are fabulous too. Great vibes. Gorgeous floor to ceiling windows with spacious rooms. And all day shopping at fashion square mall next door. We will definitely be back」
