The space

Conveniently situated on 1/3 acre in Tempe this 4-bedroom spacious retreat comfortably sleeps 8 and features 2 oversized sectionals for relaxing and entertaining. The large outdoor living area has a completely refinished pool, large new pool deck, sofas, BBQ and dining table for 8. The private yard features fruit trees and a large grass area.

Upon entering the home through the large solid wood doors, you’ll find the whole house tastefully decorated in an “old world meets modern” theme. Relax in the large living area with a new, modern sectional that comfortably seats 8-10 people. The 70- inch internet ready TV provides access to a variety of programming options. Just off the main living room you’ll find a sturdy dining table that seats 8.

To the right of the entry way off the living room you’ll find the master bedroom with a king bed, spacious sitting area with comfortable chairs, and small desk and office chair in case privacy is needed for work or phone/Zoom calls. There is a 55-inch flatscreen internet TV for entertainment. Down the hallway there are two closets leading to the bright master bathroom. Here you will find a double vanity, shower and eclectic “foot bath”, which is part of the original design of the house.

Opposite the main living room is the “fireplace room”, which features a fireplace, large sectional (seats 8), coffee table and wet bar with seating for 4. Just off the bar is the door to the patio, pool and back yard ‘mini orchard’.

The kitchen features modern appliances, coffee station, microwave and Vitamix for making smoothies (and or margaritas). It is well stocked with indoor (and outdoor) plates, glasses, barware and the essential cooking/baking supplies.

Off the kitchen and down across the hall, you’ll find 3 secluded bedrooms (2 king, 1 queen) that are well appointed with fresh linens, nightstands, lights and ceiling fans. There is a 50-inch internet TV in one of the king bedrooms. Little amenities like extension cords on every nightstand, motion sensing night lights add a welcome touch.

The second bathroom features a full bathtub and shower, double vanity and a door that leads directly to the pool area.

The backyard features a brand-new pool deck, double lounge chair, outdoor sofa, BBQ and dining table for 8 which provides the perfect space for relaxing and entertaining. There are large palm trees by the pool where you will find a hammock for taking a nap or reading your favorite book. The pool is heated by a propane heater and heat pump. No extra fees for heated pool.

Off the garage, you will find a large pantry and full-size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and laundry soap. The spacious garage is equipped with 240V electrical vehicle charging capability and basic tools (just in case).
Guest access
Front door features an electronic keypad with a temporary code that is reset after each guest. Parking available on street or in the driveway and garage.

Security:
• Front door: electronic keypad with a temporary code that is reset after each guest. Ring doorbell. Camera can be turned off by request.
• Side Yard: Camera in the side yard/gate to monitor service provider access. The spring-loaded gate is secured with a mechanical keypad. Camera can be turned off by request.
• Kitchen/Pool: Camera in the kitchen pointed to the pool (please unplug during your stay)
• Back Doors / Pool Access: Double locks to increase secure access to the pool area

1. Pools pose a risk to all Guests and their family and friends. Risks can include but not be limited to bodily injury including permanent disability, paralysis, and even death.

2. These risks may result from circumstances such as the misuse of the pool by yourself or others, or the unavailability of emergency medical care. Guest(s) acknowledge and understand that use of the pool is at their own risk. Guest(s) assume full responsibility for the safety and well-being of all Guest(s) when using, congregating around or walking near the pool. GUESTS AGREE TO CLOSELY MONITOR ALL CHILDREN AND/OR OTHER GUESTS (ESPECIALLY THOSE THAT CANNOT SWIM) TO ENSURE THEIR SAFETY AROUND THE POOL.

3. Guests agree to comply with all posted signs, disclaimers and safety guidelines. ABSOLUTELY NO DIVING IS ALLOWED. Guest(s) agree to indemnify, release from liability, and hold harmless ENVC Ventures and Owner, including all Members, Managers and employees thereof, from any and all costs, expenses, legal proceedings, attorney fees, claims or demands whether from loss of life, damage to property or injury to you, your agent, family or other guests for use of the pool.
