    This non smoking home is very well cared for. Discerning owners occupy home part of the year and do not rent to party seekers.

    Swimming Pool (not heated), Outdoor Fireplace, BBQ, Putting Green, Very Private Yard, Leather Reclining Furniture, 55” Sony Bravia 4K Television, 2nd TV in extra large guest bedroom, Frameless Glass Shower and Bathtub in Master, Washer, Dryer, King Sized Bed in Master and Queen Sized in Bedrooms with Excellent Mattresses and 2500 Thread Count Sheets.

    Nicklaus Designed Troon “Golf Club Of Estrella” is 3 minutes away. Junior National Golf Club is 7 minutes away. Many more courses are within 30 minutes.

    40+ miles of trails for walking, running, hiking, and biking.

    Located 1 minute from South Lake which offers fishing, tennis, basketball, pickelball courts, and great walking/running around 2 lakes.

Relaxing and beautiful home!

The house was immaculate and very comfortable. We stayed here for 3 weeks and we will return again someday. The temperatures were high, but we didn’t mind it because of the wonderful and clean pool. It felt like a home away from home.
