Soccer Stay

We were in town for a large soccer event, and we had a few parents stay at this home. The location and property were perfect for what we needed. The property manager was accommodating and easy responsive to communication.

Spacious stay-cation

Property and rooms were very clean. Broken drawers and towel racks need to be fixed. Keyless entry did not work and the lock is loose. Toilet in guest bathroom needs to be anchored down. TV kept freezing on us. Plenty of rooms and spacious for large groups. We were in town for graduation ceremonies in Tempe. Perfect location close to ASU and the Phoenix airport. We enjoyed our stay but property needs some TLC.

Great property, terrific communication

This was the perfect property for our stay in Tempe. Enough room for my family (me, husband, two teen daughters), and my brother's (brother, partner, two grown sons) to comfortably hang out and even cook together. The owners have anticipated guests' needs extremely well - great amenities, and we didn't need to supply anything (even shampoo, conditioner, body wash). Communications with owners were great; they got back to us very quickly with all of our questions and had a local representative to take care of anything we needed. They even sent someone out to take a look at the hot tub! Very highly recommend the property. Thank you!

Ok place to stay…

At first glance the neighborhood was questionable. There was a hair ball in living room when we walked in, urine on the floor in one of the bathrooms. The back door didn’t lock so you have to use a dowel to make sure no one breaks in. 4 windows were unlocked. Couldn’t do laundry since the dryer didn’t work. Other than that, it wasn’t a bad house. Won’t return.

Very accommodating! There are very nice touches to make it a very homey stay. Would definitely recommend, especially for those looking to have access to downtown.
