Very nice place

Our family enjoying staying here in January and February 2025. Very spacious and well appointed. Comfy beds. Washer and dryer worked great. Nice big 2 car garage with remotes. We used the grill and patio in the back a few times. The heated pool onsite was closed most of the time during our 6 week stay as it is open seasonally. But, we were provided access to another pool across the street.

This town home was excellent for our needs. The communication with the property managers was easy and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. Check in and out was very easy and the home itself was very clean and comfortable. Our family certainly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful, huge, comfortable home.

This house is very large, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We loved the two car garage that was attached and the three bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths were extremely convenient. The neighborhood seemed very safe and quiet.

Angry neighbor, but good overall experience

An angry neighbor greeted us when we first arrived, and the same neighbor had a household member park a large vehicle in the shared driveway, making it extremely difficult to back out of our garage. Other than that, our rented condo was very good.

Stayed here with husband and son so condo was larger than what we needed but floor plan was excellent. My son had second floor to himself which included a nice sitting room. There were plenty of towels and choice of blankets and pillows. However, there wasn’t an oven mitt so I had to use a kitchen towel to remove food I heated up in oven. Since I only used oven once, I didn’t bother to buy a mitt to use after I discovered there was none. The only other problem we had was with opening the garage door. However, maintenance came promptly (within 30-45 minutes) and replaced the batteries in three openers. But that didn’t solve the problem. 85% of the time, when we tried to open the garage door from outside, it wouldn’t open, even when we took the opener out of the car and stood in front of the garage door. This was an inconvenience as I would need to go in the front door of condo to access garage door opener on the wall of the garage in order to open it. Because my son couldn’t open the garage door from outside late one night, we did get a written warning / ticket for him leaving the car outside that one night. The location was excellent: close to everything we wanted to do, close to Old Town (loved the artisan galleries), close to hiking, close to some of our favorite places to eat, etc. If we decide to vacation in Scottsdale again next year, this condo would probably be my first choice, even though we had problems with opening the garage door.

Beautiful property but the air conditioning went out. 😞

We were happy with the property but noticed right away that our air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The property manager Judi was extremely helpful and suggested 3 other properties to choose from to move to. We moved to a beautiful home that had a private pool and we really enjoyed that - so our vacation was saved!

Okay property......

This property accommodated us very well with three bedrooms but there are definitely things that need to be attended to such as the mattress in the downstairs bedroom was terrible the sofa in the living room needs to be upgraded and the vertical blinds throughout property need to be repaired. The management company Casa go was exceptional and attended to any requests I would recommend them.

Close to Sonora Preserve featuring multiple mountain bike trails. 2 blocks away from the Greenbelt. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful pool. Multiple grocery stores and restaurants only blocks away.

Great location!

We loved the location, near family and stores. The place had a nice kitchen with plenty of dishes, etc. The loft area was a bonus, as was 3.5 bathrooms. We also enjoyed the pool.

Quiet Place to Stay

We loved the condo! Neighborhood is quite elderly so if you want to be a little noisy at night, don't stay here but if you want it quiet, you hit the Jackpot! Only complaint was the kitchen amenities need an upgrade. Burners on the stove are not even, pans are ancient, one of the pans for the oven was completely rusted. Knifes were as dull as they can be. There's 2 microwaves because the built in one doesn't work. Garbage can in the kitchen is so small it hardly held an egg carton. But the place was clean, bedrooms a great size and overall enjoyed our stay!
