Ac broken

The ac was broken contacted the property manager and they blamed us for not knowing how to use the thermostat in the middle of June in Phoenix, Arizona. Told them early enough so the can send a person out to fix it but they didn’t kept saying we don’t know how to use the thermostats. We decided to leave the place the next day because of how the treated us and refused to send someone out till the next day at 3pm. Now they refuse to give us our security deposit as well. I will never use this cite or stay with this host again.

This was my first time staying at a house. I usually do resorts or hotels. And based on this experience I would do it again. This house had everything we needed. Came with plenary of towels, shampoo, coffee, sugar it just has it all pots, pans. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing that I personally didn’t like and everyone that was with me agreed. Their mattress are a little too firm for us. And ice maker made ice but barely enough for one cup. So we purchased ice but not a big deal. Area is safe and quiet.
