our goal is your comfort and environmental awareness, AC range is between 76 and 79 degrees for optimal, should you require outside those please ask.
If smoking is discovered in the unit a cleaning fee of $175 will be imposed automatically plus any lost revenue due to cleaning .
Quiet time is from 930 pm to 7 am, no loud music within these hours if we receive complaints you will be asked to move out & no refund will be given
