Just keep looking. This is obviously a home that is being treated like an ATM. It was nice at one time, but as things broke or wore out, they were replaced with Kmart quality. The extra 225 a day to have the pool/Hot tub warm enough to use seems a bit excessive, especially when We couldn't even use it for the first 3 days. Was there a refund for the days we couldn't use it...NOOOOFind a home where they still care about your experience

Summer Staycation

The Grand Saguaro was an excellent house to host a summer vacation getaway. The house was very clean, roomy, cozy, full of entertainment inside and out. The house had the best amenities, equipment, furnishings, and a lot of entertaining activities for teenagers and adults. Daniel (the overseer of the house) is a great communicator, very kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. We all enjoyed our stay! Great family memories were made at this house.

Desert Family Memories

We were excited about all of the activities in the backyard. This house was well equipped for our 7 young grandkids and 8 adults, with 3 pack n plays and 2 high chairs, many kids’ life jackets, and lots of beach towels and play areas for everyone. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire pit, trampoline, porch swing, putting greens, pickleball court and basketball hoops. There are actually 6 bedrooms and 3 baths. Daniel was very prompt to answer our questions and address our problems. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Anniversary celebration

Our family gathered here for a special experience celebrating a special event, and we were not disappointed. As promised, the beautiful house was well-equipped and spacious with plenty of room for all of us.The various room layouts suited our group very well ……our youngest grandchildren loved having a bunk room to themselves while the older ones thought the games room was a great place to hang out..The entire yard “ playground” was utilized from morning to night, often ending with S’mores at the fire pit.A great place to enjoy ourselves and each other!

Spring Break

This property was perfect for our active family and friends. There were nine of us with kids ranging from 12-23. The property was well stocked with all the kitchen and bathroom accessories. The host was extremely responsive and the check in process was easy. There was no need to leave the property for entertainment as this house had everything, and we enjoyed it all! From the pool, hot tub and firepit, to the pickleball court, golf, billiards and many, many yard games, there was something for everyone! While the rooms were spacious, I can’t imagine having more than 9 people with only 3 bathrooms, unless it was small children. The game room was also a hit. The location was awesome and near to local Gilbert restaurants. Our families agree it was a 10/10 experience. One of the top homes we’ve rented.

Perfect Vacation week at Grand Saguaro home

This property is 5 star in every way!! We (my wife and I) spent the week with 4 grandkids 19-21 yrs old, plus our son and daughter-in-law. I cannot think of anything but great things to say!! We used the grills, the kitchen (amazing), the pool, the hot tub, the pickleball court, the basketball hoop, putting green, the trampoline, the firepit,,,,and I could go on. The home was everything advertised and more. Wonderful areas to sit and talk as a family both indoors and out. Great large screen TV where we spent a night doing karaoke as well as watching sports. Bedrooms very comfortable. Good beds, bedding, pillows, etc. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, etc. Subzero refrigerator/freezer like new. All appliance upscale and clean!! Also the sports equipment was in great condition. And the home was very clean. Great instructions on how to use everything. Also, property management Daniel and Aly most responsive!!!!!! Plus, we found a great variety and quality restaurants and stores in the area. Perfect location. It will be hard in the future to rent a home that could compare!!! Thanks for the opportunity to stay in your wonderful home!! I know I am missing many other positive points.

Sports agency client retreat.

Overall the property along with the backyard & amenities was perfect for what we needed. The only setback was the limited amount of bathrooms (3) for 20 people trying to shower, etc. which made it challenging to get ready on time.

Amazing Property - Has It All!

Our stay at this property was so awesome! We were in town to attend a family wedding. The VRBO had everything you needed to keep the family entertained! The backyard was truly a fun-filled oasis. We played pickleball, cornhole, basketball, putted around on the greens and the pool and hot tub was just the icing on the cake. The kitchen had everything we needed to make and enjoy family meals. We cooked out on the grill! We had some friendly family competition playing pool! It is by far the best VRBO we have stayed at so far! Everything you needed was close by - Safeway, Starbucks, Top Golf, Ifly - to name a few. The host was very responsive when we had questions! I give this a 10 star review out of 5 stars! :)

Happy 16th Birthday

The Grand Saguaro was an excellent house to host a family birthday weekend getaway. The house was very clean, roomy, cozy, full of entertainment inside and out. The house had the best amenities, equipment, furnishings, and the best family/team building activities for children and adults. Family gathering

Overall we really enjoyed our stay! The backyard entertainment space was fantastic for our family - we played lots of pickleball, went swimming every day, and enjoyed multiple meals on the grill. Fantastic memories were made. One recommendation for the future would be to ensure that all listings include prices of heating the hot tub and pool.

Beautiful home!

Large group of 17 stayed there while visiting family- plenty of space for all of us. The kids loved playing outside in the pool, mini golf and basketball court. Had all the amenities we needed. There is an additional fee per person to have people come over and visit for the day so plan accordingly for that but overall an amazing home!

Amazing property and great location!

We had so much fun at this property. My kids couldn’t get enough of the pool and the backyard fun! The house has everything you need. Fully prepared for multiple guests! We will definitely be staying here again!

Great Stay With a Few Things to Note

The place is great! We stayed there with 2 adults and 3 kids. We selected it because of the backyard amenities, and they were amazing. The pool is larger than most places we’ve stayed in the area. The trampoline, putting, basketball court, and water slide were great and kept the kids entertained. Few things to note: 1. The house backs up to a very busy street. During the day when the spillover feature is on at the pool you don’t notice the traffic at all and it was not a problem. There is a solid fence and it’s very private. However, the traffic at night and early morning can get quite loud to the bedrooms. It was not a deal breaker, something to note. 2. The listing says it sleeps 27 - that would be insane. We slept 5 and it was comfortable. The master suite was nice and the kids slept in bunks. However, outside of the master, the other showers are bad. They are old tubs that look quite gross. I wouldn't want to use them. 3. The pool was very $$$$ to heat to only get it to 80 deg. 4. The pool guy came and had to “shock the pool” with chlorine. He noted it gets “very heavy” use, but yet said it had NO chlorine in it. Pretty gross considering we’d been swimming in it for a few days. 5. Minor annoyance, but the cleaning fee is high and yet the instructions required us to strip linens, take out garbage, clean all dishes, etc. It’s a high fee considering they want nearly everything but the toilets cleaned. Should be less $ for fewer people. All in all, it was a good stay!

Family vacation

Our family all met up at “The Phoenix House” as our grandkids called it. The house is beautiful and truly set up to make your stay enjoyable. The master suite is spacious and gorgeous bathroom. The other bedrooms are a little tighter with different configurations of beds/bunkbeds. But we never were in bedrooms except to sleep anyway. The Bunkhouse room is spacious and fun with various games. Living spaces are set up nice and good for hanging out. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need including almost every spice and even sugar and flour. However we really enjoyed the backyard the most… with its pool, trampoline, lounge chairs, putting green, and PB court (I do recommend bringing your own paddles). Lots of other outdoor games too. The grilling area outside also is super nice and table where we could all eat. In fact we ate every meal outside! And after kiddos all in bed adults enjoyed just relaxing by the hot tub or fire pit or on couches. One thing is to remember there is a busy road behind the house and you do hear the traffic. They do mention this in their description so you are warned. However it did not bother us as we are city folk too. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone. Really worked well for our group with the little kids as they needed two naps a day so can’t go do a lot, but felt like enough at the house to keep us all occupied. Thanks to the hose, Daniel, who was very easy to communicate with.

Family Spring Break

We had an amazing family week at the Grand Saguaro. Our entire family of 9 adults and 11 children (ages 5 - 18) spent the week during Spring Break at this house that felt like a resort. The kids would bounce from one activity to the next all day long. There was always someone in the pool, playing pickleball and bouncing on the trampoline. We had putting contests, card games and even a family pickleball tournament during the week. We never needed to leave the house although when we did everything was conveniently close. We ate at Agritopia, played Top Golf and left for hiking a couple mornings but everyone was always excited to get back to the house and enjoy all the amenities. It had a commercial kitchen that we cooked and grilled at easily with plenty of room for a large family. The nightly time by the fire pit was a favorite of everyone’s after dinner and became a great way to finish each day. The owners were quick to respond to a couple questions we had and took care of things very quickly. A great place to stay and enjoy time together with your family. We would highly recommend!

Perfect backyard and wonderful host!

We stayed with 3 families with kids ranging from 5 to 20. There was plenty of space and activities for all ages. We loved the pickle ball court and the pool heat was fantastic. The host made our stay perfect. They were very responsive and were at our door with whatever we needed with in minutes of us asking for anything.

Perfect Stay in Quiet Gilbert

My family very much enjoyed the stay at the Grand Saguaro - the house, inside and outside, was even more impressive than the listing shows. There is plenty of space with different sitting areas inside and outside, the bedrooms are all well laid out, and there is plenty of equipment for outdoor activities. The house also comes with ample dishes, cutlery, and cookware- twice what you need even if you had all the beds filled.
