The home was beautiful, very clean and well organized. There was so much to do and the pool was absolutely wonderful. The home was well stocked the towels were thick and plentiful. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. Paul our host was amazing. Communication was outstanding and so easy to check in and check out. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation and we highly recommend this home for your family get together.

Spring Break Get-away!

Very nice home full of entertaining amenities for kids of all ages! Clean home, tastefully decorated, convenient location on a darling lake. The home was exactly like pictured on VRBO and management company were very attentive. Fear not booking this home for your family of all ages.

Family Stay

We highly recommend this Gilbert house on Val Vista Lakes. With so much to do you can’t go wrong. Beds were comfortable and house was super clean. Kids and adults had fun with the games and we played some rousing ice hockey. We really enjoyed swimming in the pool and fishing in the lake. Girls paddled the kayaks around the lake and came back happy. Gilbert had many golf trails and fabulous restaurants. Thanks to AVHR for quick response to questions and staying in touch. Emails and texts were helpful. Our family loves this part of AD and will visit again.

Perfect 5 Star Lake House

Wow! This home was perfect for our family get-together. Kitchen had everything we needed and furnishings were clean and comfortable. Having TVs in all bedrooms was helpful and we enjoyed the games and Xbox. The views from most of the rooms and balcony are the best - the lake is really lovely. We found easy hiking close by and restaurants we liked. The management company was comprehensive and professional. This was one of our favorite rental places, an ideal family home and location. Our only complaint is that we didn't have enough time. We all agreed we need to return and stay longer and we will!

Peaceful Sanctuary with Great Accomodations

Our stay was very nice at this beautifully redecorated home which included a new pool and hot tub and quiet surrounding lake. There were several small details to work through as we booked the day before we arrived. Arizona Vacation Home Rentals which managed the property were excellent and very quick to respond to our questions throughout our stay and were very good to work with and know the properties they manage well. We lounged by the pool and hot tub for a completely relaxing vacation with lots of sun. The neighborhood is quiet, with a park and basketball courts nearby which was a must for one son, felt very safe. The house was lovely, situated on a "lake" to kayak, watch the ducks and just have some quiet peace beside the water. One note for next renters, there isn't a hot water heater tank as in most homes, it is an on-demand water heater. It does make noise and takes awhile for the hot water to reach the destination in this home. We enjoyed the location and our stay.

This is by far one of the best vacation homes we've stayed at in the Phoenix area. The home is beautiful, clean and well stocked. There were so many things to do such as suffleboard, pool, darts, etc. Plus the outdoor pool, hottub and firepit were the ultimate trifecta. Thank you for a wonderful stay with lots of memories.

We had a wonderful get together with family and friends at the beautiful rental. There are a lot of fun activities within the house for everyone….no one should get bored. We enjoyed the pool and just sitting under the mister watching the lake. Will definitely come back.

Lake Magic was a magical stay

We vacationed here with our 3 twenty something aged daughters and their significant others. This house was perfect. It is beautiful, well stocked with essentials and had something for everyone to do. The pool is great, so clean and had plenty lounge chairs and umbrellas. The location is beautiful on the community lake and we loved the home theater. Property manager was very responsive. You will not be disappointed with this property!

We used and loved every part of this wonderful home!! For my husband and I, we enjoyed the spacious master, en suite and balcony… we spent many mornings and nights watching the sunrise and set. Immaculate views! Our older kids (24 and 22) appreciated the kayaks, water lounge chairs, and movie theater. Our 15 and 7 year old enjoyed the pool, fishing, and mini golf. And my 68 year old mother-in-law felt right at home on any of couches. We utilized the game rooms and outdoor amenities every part of our trip. This home is perfectly centrally located to what we enjoy most in the areas of Mesa, Gilbert, and Scottsdale.

Amazing home! So much to do to keep everyone entertained all day. The only small complaint I had is that the bed in the master bedroom was a little on the hard side of comfortable. The mattress is only about 6-8 inches think lying directly on a flat board, not a box spring. No worries though, as there were plenty of other beds for our group of six. Otherwise this is a fantastic place to stay. Our group was already talking of plans to return next year!
