Enjoy our standout, immaculately clean and elegant 2 bdrm/2 bath single-level condo located in a beautiful resort-style gated condominium property located within the Arizona Biltmore village community! Our location is exceptional - walk to so much right from your front door: the Waldorf Astoria Biltmore resort, groceries, luxury shops, Starbucks & many award-winning restaurants, or a stroll around the Golf Course - all within minutes or less. Biking, hiking or a run in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve is merely a moment away. Our comfortable yet elegant furniture awaits in this fresh & sparkling very private condo (with easy elevator access) on the top (4th ) Floor with stunning views over the lovely inner courtyard, fountain & out to the Phoenix Mountains. Wonderful Privacy! For easy access, the elevator takes you directly to your floor & directly down to the parking arcade/garage to your assigned space so stairs are always optional.

Have coffee or wine on your balcony and listen to the relaxing sound of the fountains below while gazing off to the Phoenix Mountains. Noticeably well cleaned and professionally managed as a full time rental property, we believe in TLC for our guests and the special touches that create an optimal experience. Split floor plan with the Master & Guest Bedrooms on opposite ends of the condo create privacy for travelers.

Free High Speed WiFi Internet, Flat Screen Smart TVs in every room of the home & Roku's on each TV (for your Netflix or other accounts). Darkening room shutters throughout the home ensure you get the beautiful natural lighting you'd like during the day and complete privacy in the evening. All of our seating was designed with your comfort in mind choosing soft dining and living cushioned chairs, including our outside dining area. Nothing has been left out of consideration to make you feel welcomed and at home. We are repeat renters & have been pleased with this property & amenities in the past. Unfortunately, our last stay was inconvenienced (at 3 separate times) by a water main break. Although this was not the fault of the owner we were forced to shower & etc. elsewhere. The owner did offer use of another property but it was too late. We have asked for an adjustment of one night’s rent but have had no response. Therefore, we cannot give this property a higher rating.

It was a great place to stay. Everything was perfect. The host Paula was very accommodating and respondsons were quick. The resturant The Collins was out standing with incredible food and drink Short walk,about 300 feet once you walked to 32nd street. Always friendly staffBeds were comfortable and my friend of 53 years we were very happy with everything. I recommend this condo 100%. The condo at the Meridian in Phoenix was perfect for us! It was located in a spot that was convenient to the airport and near the Biltmore Hotel as well as shops and the supermarket. And it was so quiet! We loved our stay in this beautifully appointed, charming place!

Beautiful, comfortable and clean condo unit and complex. Description of the unit and communication from the owner were excellent. Great parking and many amenities were within walking distance. It did not take long for me to feel at home in this condo.

The condo was beautiful. View was great. Loved how quiet it was all the time. Parking was easy and the place was safe and secure. Communication was easy & seamless. I had asked to add on and she accommodated very well. Had a small problem with AC, reported as soon as we realized. Fixed quickly and then was compensated a night. So very nice. Excellent all around!! Would love to visit and stay again.

We had a wonderful vacation staying at this condo! The condo itself is beautiful and sparkling clean, and has every amenity you could need. The property is very nice and the pool was lovely and so quiet and relaxing. The location is very convenient and close to many great restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful host

There was a pipe issue and Paula was so wonderful. She covered 2 hotel rooms for our group without hesitation and was very proactive throughout the process. The area was ideal and we will definitely choose Paula simply for the peace of mind that Paula brings.
