WELCOME! to this BEAUTIFULLY, immaculate CLEAN, gorgeous REMODELED condo in the HEART OF BILTMORE with STUNNING GOLF-MOUNTAIN VIEWS! With amazing natural light. VERY PREMIUM LOCATION on the community. one of the very few that has a view of Squaw peak and Biltmore golf area from the balcony and interior windows. Located within walking distance to the Biltmore Fashion Square w/ dozens of restaurants, upscale shopping and just 12 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

Clean, nice appliances with everything pretty new and location is ideal if you want to be on a golf

Nicely taken care of with new quality appliances and bathrooms. It is literally right on the 6th fairway of the Biltmore club and a very short distance to the Biltmore fashion mall with great restaurants. Owners were very attentive to our needs. We love the area and this has been our best rental in this complex.

Beautiful Comfortable Condo/Excellent Location

We spent a delightful 3 weeks at Maria's lovely condo. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The space is well designed for efficiency and comfort and very well stocked with everything you need for an extended stay. We slept great! The view is stunning even at night when you can see the lights from the night hikers on Piestewa Peak. Location can't be beat - in a walkable, upscale neighborhood close to shopping & restaurants. The Biltmore & Wrigley Mansion are barely a mile away. 2 miles away from Piestewa Park, close to Dreamy Draw, Desert Botanic Gardens, & much more. Maria was responsive and very pleasant to work with!

Great Place!

This place was awesome! Beautiful view of golf course and mountains and the condo was well equipped and very clean. The description was 100% accurate. Located in safe and convenient area and the pools were very clean and perfect temperatures. Would highly recommend, and we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo Near Arizona Biltmore (The Cloisters)

My husband and I spent the month of February at Maria’s condo. She is a wonderful hostess and always quick to respond if you have a question. The condo is clean and beautiful with all new appliances and furniture. The location is fantastic. The view of the golf course outside your living room window was an added bonus for us as we are golfers and also were able to play the course. If you like to exercise, this is the perfect place for you. We walked the 2 mile loop around the Biltmore Estates where you can view the beautiful homes, there are two tennis and pickleball courts which we used (and hardly anyone else did), two pools, and a gym. You can also walk to the movie theatre, grocery stores, and restaurants. Wonderful condo and perfect location. If we come back, this is where we would stay!!!

The property is well located and and reflects recent renovations--modern decor, all new furnishings and appliances, etc. Our three weeks stay was comfortable and without any serious issues. Our criticism would be that the the unit was undersupplied with items we have come to expect in such places. For instance, there were only one set of sheets, two sets of towels (one for each of us), not enough dishes or flatware, or, especially glasses (maybe 6 total of various sizes) to last the day. and a bare minimum of cookware and utensils and dish clothes. These issues could be easily remedied by the owners.

A beautiful property in a fantastic location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Maria has a very nicely appointed condo that works well for a short or long stay. We found it very comfortable, extremely clean and everything worked well. The location in the Biltmore area was perfect for us, convenvenient access to all of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Having a view of the golf course was an added benefit. The only possible concern for some renters was a difficult entry and exit from the shower.

Beautiful stay close to Phoenix Biltmore Estates

This condo is fully remodeled with all new furniture and appliances. It is perfectly clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic. Walk to the Biltmore Mall, where there are restaurants, shops and even a massage available at the Biltmore Life Time Club. We walked the Biltmore Estates "loop" each day, sometimes stopping at the Adobe restaurant for brekky and a mimosa. If you play golf, the Biltmore has two full courses with easy access from this site. In addition, the condo faces a fairway, and watching the golfers is always entertaining. This is a great place to stay and we will return!

Recommend property.

My husband and I stayed in this condo the last two weeks in October. The property is just as advertised. The location is great, with a view of the golf course vs other condos, and we particularly liked the position / privacy of the condo. It is on the 2nd floor so a few stairs are involved. We didn’t do much cooking but the kitchen is stocked with the essentials. The pool is a short walk from the condo, and was a nice quiet place to spend an afternoon. Maria is a wonderful host, met us upon arrival, walked us through the condo, and checked in occasionally. Be sure to read and understand the rules. Would stay here again.

Great Location in Central Phoenix

I had a lovely stay here and I would stay here again! I found the condo exactly as advertised. The condo was immaculate and beautifully remodeled. The fully stocked kitchen was very nice the the beautiful view of the golf course was a great perk. I enjoyed swimming at the pool and they do have a small fitness center. Quiet and peaceful there, yet so close to lots of shopping and restaurants. I was appreciative that my host was communicative and very hospitable!
