I don't use Vrbo very often, so I was probably a bit high maintenance to the hosts - however, they were very easy to get a hold of and responded each time almost immediately which was super helpful. The house was clean and well maintained, very comfortable spot. I would certainly stay with these hosts again.

Superb!

Everything about this home was a “10”. Such a beautiful place with lots of room. Back area with pool was fantastic and the Cabana was much larger than we thought. Very nice eating outdoors or just chilling Management team very responsive. Can’t say enough about the entire experience

Cute house

Overall this was a good stay. But I was not happy that the pool wasn't heated and required a 75 fee per night to heat it. I feel like for what I was paying (a lot) that should have been included. That was really disappointing. Also the house isn't very well stocked with kitchen supplies and there are not enough hand towels or shower towels at all.

Nice play to stay if not dining in..

Communication and cleanliness was good. Very few amenities for a group of 8 adults. Missing instructions for managing hot tub and pool water feature. Misc broken furniture and debris pilled in garage, not ideal.

Great Family Spring Vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay at this gem of a house. The backyard was an oasis and we spent quite a bit of time relaxing and enjoying the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and close to downtown Gilbert.

Great house for friends

We stayed here for a 3 day golf trip. It’s perfect for a 4 some since we each had our own bedroom. The hot tub was also really nice after a long day of golfing. Would definitely recommend!

Get getaway spot in Gilbert

We decided to take a little staycation for the end of summer and this house did not disappoint. We had everything we needed to grill, cook and relax by the pool in this beautiful backyard which was perfectly fenced in for our dog to join us worry free. Highly recommend staying here. The management team was incredibly responsive and attentive.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is nice but could have been cleaned a little better. The pool was great, but the water feature wasn’t able to be used. The master gets warm in the evenings so a ceiling fan could be a nice add! But overall, this was a nice house!!

The BEST backyard!!

We enjoyed our stay here immensely! Only downsides were ‘meh’ mattresses, missing fan controllers, and a lot of dust hiding everywhere. But with a fair price, the quality of the neighborhood, great house layout, and most spectacularly THE BACKYARD OASIS, we found it well worth those small inconveniences. The owners were also very attentive when we notified them the fridge filter was expired, they overnighted a new one immediately and even offered to comp us for ice & water bottles we’d purchased. We greatly enjoyed our stay and hope to rent this house again on future trips to AZ!

Graduation with Out of Town Family

The property was really nice and spacious with enough room for the seven of us. I will say the primary room absolutely needs a ceiling fan and a new mattress. The pool and spa were clean and very nice. Downtown Gilbert had some great restaurants and a cool brewery to visit!

Family wedding and vacation

Great location to the wedding venue. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the pictures online are accurate. Nice size rooms. Lovely pool & spa. The memory foam beds were not comfortable for us. Only used two of the bedrooms, master & back bedroom. Master bedroom is large and nice size bathroom. However the bed pillows need to be replaced. Back bedroom ceiling fan had a thick layer of dust, so we could not use it, disappointing. Kitchen is stocked with cookware but very limited on plates, bowls and serve ware. Never used the front living room. The back living area furniture is small. Not comfy at all. House had pool towels which were nice. Could use some new bathroom towels, a little worn. Very easy and clear instructions for use of pool & spa. Had one day that the spa would not turn on! A little more attention to details like dusting under beds, furniture and cleaning freezer, water left in coffee maker and I would have given a higher rating. Nice washer & dryer, that was convenient. Did not use the grill outside. Pool furniture cushions could use a good cleaning. Also lots of leaves in the filter that we had to clean out. Little things that could have been addressed before we arrived. Little
