Great property, perfect location.

This was our 3rd VRBO rental in Tempe in the past two years, and it was by far the best. This is a great property for families and larger groups. The place was pristine and comfortable, and the host was very responsive.

Just right!

Nice property in nice quiet neighborhood. Our plans took us to a variety of locations in the metro and easy highway access made getting around a breeze. We also enjoyed the pleasant patio/pool!

Loved it!

This VRBO is so cute - Traveled from AK to attend the Pink Concert. Had a great time just hanging at the pool and taking in the sun for a girls weekend trip Great location, quiet area, totally felt safe. Without a doubt will stay again when returning to this area!!!

This house is a stand out! Has everything you need except a washer and dryer which wasn’t a big deal to us. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Great place, but heated pool was a disappointment

We had a great stay overall. It was clean, as advertised and all the essentials were available. Location was very convenient for our purposes. We opted to pay to have the pool heated, unfortunately it was not consistently heated and we had to message the property owner multiple times during our 6 day stay to request the heat to be turned back on. They were responsive and even refunded some of our fee for the heated pool. We would have preferred to have a consistently heated pool as the additional service was described.

Beautiful getaway

This home was absolutely beautiful!! The outdoor oasis made you want to camp every night. The heated pool and fire pit was great! The inside of the home is decorated beautifully ! Can’t wait to visit again.

Great house!

We loved our stay at the Poolside Cabana Retreat. The pool/cabana area is a great feature of the house...having an area to retreat to when you need a break from the sun is really nice. The house is well appointed, lots of supplies in the bathrooms and the kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

Winter swimming delight

Our stay at over the moon was pretty close to perfect. It was in the perfect location for all our plans. The pool was pleasantly warm enough to swim even on cold days and in the morning. The kitchen was family friendly and great for a group. Our stay couldn’t have gone any better.

Over The Moon

The home and layout met my families needs perfectly. Easy to check in & out. Staff very responsive and timely which was great! Neighborhood is well kept, safe, and quiet. Location great to Temps, Mesa, major freeways. Awesome to have the private backyard with the covered oasis area.

Perfect!

The home is PERFECTLY appointed, convenient to everything and well stocked all the way down to pool towels and sunscreen. The bath products are very high end and the home is immaculate. Moved my son into ASU and will rebook this home each time we stay if available. The home has a basic layout of 3BR 2 bath and a great outdoor space to enjoy the well kept pool. We were VERY happy with the home and neighborhood.

ASU Parent Weekend

Pros: close to ASU, quiet block, clean property that was well stocked. Cons: we didn’t have control over thermostat…very cold the first night. But property manager adjusted for us the second night.. Window treatments are pretty flimsy….lots of light comes into the rooms making it hard to sleep in.
