First floor accessible 1,100 square foot condominium with one (1) master bedroom suite, one (1) full sized office, and two (2) full sized bathrooms.

This condo is walking distance to several shops, bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. We are located 1 short mile from the beautiful Arizona Canal where you can bike along the paved path which will take you Eastward into Old Town, or Westward into Phoenix.

There are plenty of things to do in Old Town Scottsdale, but if staying in is more your style you can relax comfortably on the living room sectional and pop in a movie on the 65 in LED flat screen Smart TV paired with a Visio sound bar and sub-woofer. Turn the living room into your home movie theatre!

Work comfortably from your vacation home in your own personal office space, complete with an executive desk, an 8 ft illuminating white board, and wireless printer.

Sleep soundly on the heavenly California King sized master bed! Delight in the privacy of the master suite with its private patio, flat screen Apple TV, walk in closet, vanity, en suite bath with his and her sinks and tub/shower combo.

The kitchen is fully stocked will all your needed utensils and features a 4 qt. Air Fryer/oven. The kitchen is fit for entertaining with a dining table seating 4 and a breakfast bar seating 3. You also have full access to the community grills, pool, hot tub, clubhouse, and flourishing community vegetable garden!

Take in the beautiful pink Arizona sunsets on your private patio which offers views of Camelback mountain.

Loved the private office & California King bed!!

This was the perfect place for our needs! I needed to work remotely for part of our trip and the private office was a beautiful space for that. We LOVED the California king sized bed which felt like a cloud. The bikes were a really nice touch and we enjoyed biking into Old Town to tour around the shops, restaurants and bars. The place was really clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay here again!
