Welcome to your own private oasis in Chandler! Our spacious 4BR home is perfect for families, friends, or groups looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and 4 comfortable bedrooms. Our outdoor area is the real star of the show with a sparkling heated and cooled pool, dining area, grill, and plenty of seating to relax. Play some games, soak up the Arizona sun, and make memories with your loved ones.

The Space:
This 4 Bed/2 Bath home is fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay: - Fully Equipped kitchen - Private heated pool - BBQ Grill by pool - Washer and Dryer - WIFI - Fresh Linens - Amazing Chandler location! Bed Configuration: Master: 1 King Room 2: 1 Queen Room 3: 1 Queen Room 4: 1 Double. PLEASE NOTE: There is an additional cost to heat the pool. Not heated = No additional cost Heat set to 85 degrees = $75/day To include this with your stay, we need to collect payment at least 48 hours prior to checkin. Heating must be for your entire stay (minimum 3 nights), we cannot do certain days, or part of your stay. We can not turn the heat on after your stay has started. *Additional maid service cleans are available for an additional cost during your stay. Please ask for details!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard.

Welcome to our charming neighborhood! Our home is located in a peaceful, residential area that offers a warm and inviting atmosphere for travelers. The neighborhood is well connected, with easy access to public transportation and major highways, making it easy to explore all that Chandler and the surrounding areas have to offer. You’ll find plenty of local amenities within walking distance, including grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops.

Getting Around:
I also work closely with GolfTroop, a golf vacation company. They have awesome discounted rates at most of the area golf courses, as well as rental vehicles through Alamo, and even rental clubs. Just ask me for details, and I would be happy to have someone reach out!

Airport Access
- Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport: ~13 minutes.
- Scottsdale Airport: ~25 minutes. This airport serves private flights and charters.

Public Transit & Rideshare
- Rideshare (Waymo/Uber/Lyft) are plentiful and convenient in the area.
- Valley Metro and public transit operate across the Valley; however, North Scottsdale is not heavily served by the railway.

Walking & Biking
- Local neighborhood streets are accessible and walkable.
- Retail and dining within 1 Mile.
- There are bike lanes and multi-use paths in parts of North Scottsdale and access to paved trails.

Other Things to Note:
Our pool now has a heating and cooling option! If you wish to have the pool heated or cooled during your stay, please read the following:
* $75 a day
* 3 day minimum (if your stay is two days, and you wish to have the pool heated, the heating process takes a day, hence the 3 day minimum.)
* Payment for heating is due two days before arrival

Interaction with Guests:
I will be available via email during business hours. Your check in information will also include an After Hours/Urgent phone number for issues regarding lockouts, water leaks and heater or A/C failure. No one will be on the premises. Should you run into ANY problems upon checkin or have any questions during your stay and need to contact me outside of normal business hours, PLEASE call the After Hours/Urgent 877 phone number listed in your house manual, and checkin PDF.
