The location was excellent only 6 minutes from downtown Phoenix and 9 miles from Scottsdale. Kayleigh was excellent host and answered all our questions and fixed all our requests. I would definitely recommend this place and her.

Was close to the state fair and the other places we went. Was clean, had plenty of room to relax and hang out, and the neighborhood was nice.

We had a couple of problems when we first checked in..no A/C, very critical if you live in A/Z; front and back yard needed cleaned up and damage to the overhang in back yard. Contacted Kayleigh and she had the problems fixed in expedient manner. Any other problems that came up we addressed and fixed in a timely manner. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay there again.

Quick Fourth of July Trip

Party of 4, Two Adults and two kids. We stayed for 3 days and the property looked like the pictures, and it was clean. The owner responded quickly to all my questions. It was very hot but we made sure we enjoyed the backyard everyday of our stay. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and it was easy access to the highway. It was close proximity to many things to do. Will stay here again if in the area.
