Family Weekend

It was a little difficult to find but worked perfectly for us. We went to a few spring training games and explored Old Scottsdale.

Great Location

The location is perfect for Scottsdale and Old Town Scottsdale! Very clean, new, and retro vibe. It's street parking (the neighbor mainly used the driveway) but we didn't have any issues. I would absolutely stay here again! The ONLY issue we had was one of the close neighbors banging on their door at 5:15am one morning for over 20min!!

Happy with our choice

We enjoyed our stay, the place was clean and as described on the website. The neighborhood is very close to Old Town Scottsdale but is in a little bit of a transition. The conjoining unit had full time residents that had a dog and the owners of that property did not pick up their dog waste from the back "yard". The first night, we did get a knock on the door and some people who had rented a nearby GoodNight property were sent to ours because the unit they had rented was completely empty. Apparently the company had told them to "just go to ####" and stay there. We had just gotten to the space 30 minutes prior to that, so who knows what would have happened if they had gotten there before we arrived.

83 year old married couple. The check-in process was difficult for us….too much data to go thru for us. The location was good enough, close to everything for walking BUT finding the building was very difficult. We had to get help from several people on the street. The GPS had us going in circles. There is a 74th Street and a 74th place back to back. We needed help getting into place also because when we arrived I hit I’m in but wasn’t in yet plus could not find the code. Once we were actually into the place, it was great. Noisy at night in behind area. Not from helpful woman right next door…other newborns.
