Scottsdale

Nightmare at check in, only 3 rolls of tp with no kleenex, good luck with allergies. There 2 bike racks, having stayed in bldg befoe went to wrong 1 not fully explained

Nice Apartment - Unfriendly Vibe

We recently stayed for 11 days. After paying the first portion, we received a contract from the host that stated we cannot have anyone other than the two guests staying there in the apartment….ever. It said that they had a camera at the front door so they would know.We were in Scottsdale visiting a couple of close friends.I messaged the host, explaining the situation and asking if we could have our two friends over for dinner. He responded, saying to ask again after we were checked in.I didn’t ask again. (500 penalty for breaking any of their rules.)Additionally, we were sent a link to a guest portal. More rules with a threat of cancelling your reservation with no refund if you violate any of the rules. It also said they have a decible detector to notify them if you are too loud. We will never stay at their properties again.
