This private 3Bd/2Ba retreat offers a pool, BBQ, fire pit, and a screened porch with string lights—perfect for relaxing outdoors. Located near peaceful Dobson Ranch, just 15 mins from the PHX airport with quick freeway access. Only 10 mins to Gilbert, Chandler, and Tempe, and 20 mins to Old Town Scottsdale. Guests can also rent our Toyota Highlander to skip rental car lines.

Living Spaces:
Step inside to a cozy living room with desert-inspired touches, a leather sofa, ceiling fan, and Smart TV—the perfect spot to relax after a sun-soaked Arizona day.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
-Primary Suite: King bed, Smart TV, full closet, dresser, mirror, and private bathroom with all the essentials.

-Bedroom 2: Queen bed + closet.

-Bedroom 3: Queen bed + closet + pack-and-play crib for families.

-Guest Bath: Stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, and a hair dryer.

Kitchen & Dining:
Fully equipped with cookware, dishes, spices, Keurig + drip coffee makers, toaster, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher—everything you need to cook and share meals together. Dining table seats the whole group. Portable high chair for children included.

Laundry:
Washer/dryer with supplies provided. A small desk and chair make it easy to work or study if needed.

Outdoor Oasis
-Screened Porch: String lights, dining table, Smart TV, and games.

-Pool: Professionally maintained, fenced for safety, with loungers, towels, and floaties provided for your enjoyment.

-BBQ: Weber 4 Burner Liquid Propane

-Fire Pit: Liquid Propane

Rental Car:
Toyota Highlander with third row seating. Car seats and boosters available. Skip the rental lines at the airport and walk out to your vehicle. Please send an inquiry for this simple add-on.

Guest Notes:
-Pool: The pool is not heated. A safety fence is installed for access in the backyard, but please supervise children at all times around water.

-Pets: Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

-Vendors: Pool, landscaping, or pest control vendors may access the backyard up to once a week. We’ll always notify you in advance.

-Security: One actively recording doorbell camera overlooks the front entry, capturing video and audio. This is the only camera on the property and is used only to monitor arrivals and departures.
