Perfect

For what we were looking for plus location, this worked out wonderfully. This complex was where moved to in 2003 when our daughter was born & we were back in town for her college graduation this past weekend…full circle if you will.

Should not be an Expedia or Vrbo listing. It’s a sketchy apartment complex called The Nines. Questionsble activity on the property, intense urine smell in unit, unit was filthy, white film over floor/furniture, bathroom and bedroom doors strangely lock from outside only, ceiling in 1 bedroom had no light or fan and it had loose wires. Extremely loud all night long and it felt unsafe as someone entered our unit when we were not there. I regret staying there and it was awful which got worse over the week. The building is not sound proof and while the photos are gorgeous it’s all a lie. Booking was through Expedia but it’s a vrbo listing which means Expedia does nothing about it. It says Cozy Suites is where you are but then when You get there it’s called The Nines. It looks like it’s on or near a golf course but there’s a fence so can’t access. The people living there seem truly unhappy with the place whether they live there or are on vacation. It’s truly not a vacation atmosphere and the word around the complex is “roof over your head.” Staying at a budget friendly airport hotel was cheaper, quieter, safer with a nicer bed. Expedia and Vrbo need to remove this listing. Complete trash and not transparent plus the arrival is problematic because Cozy Suites property manager requires nonstop information and way too much just to get into the unit. In this instance, Expedia was “hands off” when it comes to this trashy place. Check yelp reviews for The Nines apartment complex.
