Cozy place in a great location downtown

Beautiful property and a really nice room. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Felt like our home away from home. I’d definitely go back. Thank you!

Great locations and apartment. We could have used more towels - bath, hand, kitchen and pool. In addition, I would have loved a single email with all check in instructions to supplement the click through. It was hard to find the codes and the right page the first few times. I would also recommend more instructions on how to get to the pool and gym as I had to ask a resident.

Great location, modern and well equipped suite

Cozy Suites are great hosts. They followed up with us after check-in. Turned out we were short dish towels and they arrived quickly. Also had a problem with my FOB and they quickly resolved. Would stay here again and recommend any of Cozy Suites locations.

The cleanliness was not at all what we expected. Pots were stained with food, stuck in the bottom the kitchen did not have a dish towel. There were no dish rags. There were no spare garbage bags. There was no corkscrew. There were no food containers to store cooked food in the fridge The water filter in the fridge had not been changed (Red light warning on water dispenser when using water from the fridge)There was certainly not enough dishes or silverware only two forks two butter knives, two spoons four bowls. They were two very small 4 & 6 inche pots. There was only one very small 6” pan even though there was a 12 inch pan cover. The only small pan had had several scratches and should have been replaced along time ago.The cooking utensils are falling apart with handles completely missing on the spatula.We were not able to cook practically because there was not sufficient pots or pans or cleaning dish rags or dish towels. The Internet was very slow, not able to stream anything on the TV for four of the nights that we were here.There was certainly not enough toilet paper only two spare rolls for seven days. Overall, I was very disappointed with the general cleanliness lack of kitchen supplies. There is no way that this was a fully stocked kitchen as advertised, there is no way this should be advertised as an apartment for 2.As a Vrbo owner of multiple properties myself, I would never have a house or apartment in this condition and feel good about renting it
