🔒 Security Deposit / Damage Protection Requirement

A required security option must be selected after booking through the Guest App:

• $450 refundable security deposit

OR

• $45 non-refundable damage waiver

This process is completed off-platform and is required for all reservations. The damage waiver covers accidental damages up to $450. Please note this does not cover smoke remediation cleaning, lost fobs, garage openers, or parking tags, which carry a replacement fee of $200 per item.



🪪 Guest Verification Requirement

To comply with legal, insurance, and building security requirements, guests may be required to:

✔ Provide a valid government-issued ID

✔ Confirm contact information

✔ Complete a verification portal

✔ Undergo a criminal background screening if required by the property manager or owner

All guests must also sign a rental usage agreement before check-in.

Verification information must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. Same-day reservations must complete verification within 1 hour. Reservations that do not complete the verification process may be canceled.



🛠️ Maintenance & Access Disclosure

On rare occasions, maintenance personnel may require access to the apartment during your stay to complete essential repairs or scheduled maintenance. Your cooperation is appreciated, as vendor scheduling may be outside of my control. Refusing access may result in a $100 rescheduling fee.

All homes are furnished to a consistent standard, though individual units may vary slightly in layout, decor, furniture arrangement, and size compared to listing photos.
