Perfect stay!

Everything about the property was clean, nice, and very accommodating! Host and staff were super friendly and helpful. They communicated very well and were reasonable to work with to make such a memorable weekend possible. Couldn’t say enough good things about the house/ammeities/property managers!

Awesome place!

This place was everything we wanted and more. Scott was so awesome to work with and the check in and out process was very smooth. We had the best time enjoying all their amenities and were able to spend lots of quality time with all the people we loved who attended our wedding! Highly recommend this place :)

Scott was absolutely incredible! The house was perfect for my team and coaches during a weekend baseball tournament. Plenty of activities at the house, comfortable beds and fantastic location. I will be staying in any of Scott’s home for upcoming events we plan on the east valley!!

Great house especially with large groups. A lot of things to do and plenty of space for everyone. Hot tub, pool, pickle ball and putt putt were the faves. House was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great stay for our bachelor/bachelorette weekend!

My fiance and I held our combined bachelor/bachelorette weekend here and absolutely loved the place. The backyard was phenomenal for hanging out and playing games with all of our friends. Scott was extremely responsive during the stay, and even went above and beyond to repair one of the outdoor TVs during our stay. We also rented the sprinter van through Scott and found the process to be very smooth and seamless. Thanks for an incredible stay!!

Amazing Property

The property was even better than advertised in the photos. The house was a perfect fit for our group with a ton to do at the house with the pool, putting green, and available games throughout the backyard. The location was great where you could get to downtown, golf courses, etc in around 25 minutes. If you have a larger group that is looking for a great location and want to spend some time at the house, this is the place for you.

Thanksgiving 2023

The property was perfect for our Thanksgiving get-together with family and friends. Not only did the accommodations allow for the 11 people who stayed at the property to live comfortably but all the extensive amenities were well-used by the both us and the 10 guests we entertained that day - pool, hot tub, pool table, shuffleboard table, pickleball court, basketball court, baggo court and multiple TVs and seating areas both inside and out.

Guys Trip!

Excellent place and stay, definitely recommend & would come back. We had 11 guys for a Fantasy Football Trip. Everyone had their own Good Size Bed. It was Hot! but thank God for the Pool. Scott was Great! He was quick to answer and got us anything we needed. Location was perfect 20-25 to most places. 5 Stars!

Large house with many amentities

Nice place for a golf group to stay. Multiple things to do: pickleball, horseshoes, hot tub, pool (although heater was broken) pool table, etc. All supplies were provided. Outside TV (by fire wall) did not receive the DirecTV signal very well. Owner (Scott) addressed these issues sufficiently.

Great Property!

Home had lots of space and amenities. Each bedroom and bathroom had a different look/feel. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans and even some spices and a beverage fridge which was really helpful as we prepared all meals on site and even used one of several outdoor grills. Prior guests left behind some food items and we also left behind some unused food and supplies for the next guests. The pool was refreshing although a pool cover would help with the daily cleanup of tree droppings and bugs that would fall in overnight. Lots of pool toys provided and towels for indoor and outdoor. Host even brought additional cleaning supplies when requested so we could clean the floors after meals. Overall, our group enjoyed our stay in this VRBO and thank the host for being only a text/call away.

Fantastic House for a Large Group

This is really a fantastic house for a larger group. Inside has plenty of beds, bathrooms, TVs, sitting areas, and even a bar. Outside is even more incredible with 2 more large TVs, pickleball court, BBQ with mini-fridge, fireplace, hot tub, pool, corn hole, and a horseshoe pit. Then there's the converted garage with A/C, full size refrigerator, pool table, poker table, and shuffleboard table. Also included outside is plenty of seating and table space. There is also plenty of ample parking for large groups. The host is also fantastic. He was very responsive (within minutes of any message) and met us at the house to go over all of the specifics. Checked in with us during the stay, and even brought out additional propane. I've stayed in a lot of rentals, and this is the top.

Property needs updating and maintenance was lacking

Overall, the property was well worn and needs lots of updating and maintenance. Property not appearing as listed. It’s apparent that the house has not been kept up on for quite some time. Location is great, sprawling house with lots of space to separate multiple families. Great potential but needs lots of work. Scott was very responsive to our needs. Unfortunately there were lots of safety issues especially for young children and too many updates needed to justify the expense for this unit.

Amazing property=amazing time

We took a group of 14 adults to celebrate my son in law's 40th birthday. The house was exactly what we needed--everyone had enough room-we could all congregate by the fire or hot tub without being crowded. Scott was a great host--from communicating before arrival about some unfortunate things that happened that were out of his control to coming over at least twice during our stay to get the TV and the landscaping lights to work for us. He made sure we were comfortable and happy. I gave the accuracy of online listing a 4 because we were expecting 7 bedrooms and while I agree it could easily sleep 20 people, there were only really 6 spaces that offered complete privacy. But that didn't matter to us. There was plenty to do at the property and it was close to shopping and eating places. We will definitely go with a Scott property in the future!!!

Mesa Family Property

We were in town for a family wedding. Our group consisted of great grandparents down to infants and all generations in between. The living space indoors was ample. Kitchen was good. The outdoor space was wonderful. We loved the heated pool, hot tub, pickleball court, basketball net, game room, fire pit, outdoor tvs, sitting areas. It was great for all ages, especially at this time of year. Equipment for outdoor areas was good. Host was very responsive and came out during our stay to check on the starter for the fire pit when we had a question. Negatives 1. My mother’s walker was unable to fit through the door to the bathroom in the upstairs bedroom with the two queen beds. 2. The room that was listed as two king beds was actually not in a bedroom but rather was in a common area with no privacy. 3. It seemed like the floors were dirty, when you walked barefoot on the tile in the house your feet got very black. Overall this house fit our needs. Thank you
