Improvements should be made.
Propane gas bottles were almost empty. Outdoor lounge chairs damaged and unusable, Entry door needs repaired. TV remote will not turn off/on TV, button on rear has to be used. 3 lights are broken and can't be used. 3-prong grounded electric plugs cannot be used, all the outlets are 2-prong. No adapters were available, I purchased adapters and left one. I installed a smoke detector b/c there was not one. Had to purchase and replace batteries in HVAC and TV remotes. Shower was too dirty to use. Hot water is scalding and should be lowered before someone is burned. I did not use dishes, propane stove or oven so can't comment on those items.
Property was not clean. HVAC system worked fine. Propane and CO detectors should be installed. For my purposes the property was OK but others would find it lacking.
