Home Rules
No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone.
Primary renters must be 25 years or older.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1 2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day/Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation. For your safety and security, there is a nest camera over the garage.
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
*Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we'll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
