We checked shortly after checking in. It was just sketchy. There’s no breakfast, just grab and go like muffins and granola bars. We get to our room and folks was kinda hanging around in the parking lot. There was a crack under the door that would allow bugs to get in. The sofa bed needed to be cleaned. The room wasn’t dirty outside of the rust stain in the shower. A magic eraser would make the tub more presentable. I didn’t feel comfortable there at all. There’s no pool. The front desk attendant was very friendly and empathetic. I was able to check out and have my payment refunded. We found a much nicer hotel for the same price 2 miles up the road. There’s no way this hotel should be over $60 per night if that. Not worth the price at all.

It was filthy! smelled terrible and didnt even stay there. will not use Expedia ever again because they didnt help me get my money back because i would subject my family to filth and put them in danger. the hotel said i had to cancel thru expedia? I booked this hotel. But after arriving, I changed my mind. I went to look at the room as you could tell from the outside this was less than a 1 star hotel!! A huge hole in the catpet, bath tub was filthy. It had a horrible odor. I cannot believe you all have this as an option. Disgusting!!

The room I stayed in was not clean. There was balls of hair all over the baseboards and floor. If I walked barefoot in the room, my feet were black from all of the dirt. The room also smelled like urine. I had to get clean towels from the front desk. I understand that it's understaffed, but it would be nice to have a clean room when I pay to stay there.

Very basic hotel. No ice or vending machines, listed free breakfast, but there were granola bars, packaged muffins, and coffee only ( which was gone and cold at 9 AM). The room itself was very worn out with kids stickers all over the place, marks/stains on the walls and the floors, broken couch, and I do mean completely broken and not usable, and stained sheets. The location was convenient and the staff friendly and that’s the only reason I didn’t rate it at terrible.

So they give you an option to look at the room before you actually book… considering I’ve gotten a refund from another site bc the room was unacceptable I chose to stay here bc they won’t refund the money right away! The first room smelled of dog pee and the stench of pine sol all throughout the room! The carpets are nasty! And for the price of the rooms you would think they’d have better ones! Upon arriving to my room a girl almost hit me head on speeding out of the place! Police everywhere! If you looking for a place to rest for ONE night then this is it but two nights will be pushing it! Too many panhandlers around!

We arrived and the manager had to check if our room was ready and it was a busy evening and he was the only one so we had to wait about 20 min. for him to check. They didn’t have a pool. The breakfast options weren’t what I was expecting, I will not be staying at this hotel again. We got into the room and there was nothing to cook with or eat off and he wasn’t in the office to ask anything when I went down to ask for them.

This property is consistently rated poor for a number of reasons. It is old, dirty, and not worth the money. We left after 2 hours, willing to lose our pre-paid non-returnable costs to find a safe, clean, comfortable place to stay. Multiple poor reviews consistently evoke apologies from management, claiming to care and address the problems, but obviously no changes are ever made.
