The people were nice and friendly. The coffee was delicious. We found a few bugs and spider in our room. Hopefully if fumigation is done it will help for sure.

The breakfast is grab and go muffin / granola bar and that is not indicated at booking. Roaches in room. Tried to get pics but they moved too fast. Musty smell all over property and in room. Upon arrival and anytime we left and came back there was always someone / multiple people standing in the breezeway at the entrance smoking DIRECTLY in front of the no smoking sign. For non-smokers that is disgusting to have to walk through and the staff did not discourage it.

Best free hot breakfast I've ever had at a hotel in this price range, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was also a very convenient location for restaurants and the AZ Broadway Theater for plays.

Room was very clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Prices for the room was very good. We feel that the facility should provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower/bathroom. Also no ice machine available.

When we first arrived we were told there was limited housekeeping & we would have to take out our own trash. Then when we arrived to our room, it smelled like smoke. We weren’t in the room long so we dealt with it. After a night of no sleep because of people walking around above us, we asked to switch rooms. The staff was very kind in allowing us to switch rooms. When we moved to a second room, it also smelled like smoke & the tv didn’t work. Therefore, we left. The front desk employee did her best to accommodate us, but after 2 smokey rooms, a broken tv, & limited housekeeping we decided to leave. Either they need new management or management needs to investigate why the rooms smell smokey & their equipment doesn’t work properly.
