Located in Avondale, this beautiful house boasts 4 bedrooms - 3 with queen beds and 1 with 2 twin beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. With amenities like Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, Iron and ironing board we want our guests to feel right at home. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a shower, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer; everything you need for a luxurious spa like experience. There are two 65" TVs in the main living areas and also 55" TVs in 2 of the bedrooms. The large backyard has several seating spaces to relax and spread out and also has a designated smoking area.
Close to the NFL Arizona Cardinals University of Phoenix Stadium (9 mi), the phoenix international race (9.2 mi), MLB Dodgers spring training facility at Camelback Ranch (6 mi) Because we are located within 2 miles of both I-10 and 101 Loop freeways it is a convenient location, only 20 min from the Airport or downtown Phoenix.

House was very comfortable and clean. Yard was very enjoyable and nice to hangout on patio. Close to lots of food and shopping. Very prompt and good communication with owner. Will definitely stay again.
