The location of this property was perfect. We were walking distance to the convention center, with plenty of great restaurants near by. Communication from the host was superb. Property was clean and just as described/shown in the listing. We will definitely be back!

Parking lot numbered spots virtually illegible. Key fob access was inconsistent and cumbersome. When renting we were unaware of the unit was in a different building than the one where we parked which only added to the frustration. The back and forth for verification was not as seamless as your competitors and seems somewhat unnecessary. The automated system returned duplicate emails rather than just one.
