BEAUTIFUL....but needs a few handyman and housekeeping items taken care of, before the next stay....
This is a beautiful property but has a few housekeeping items that need to be addressed in order to enjoy the stay a little more!

Beautiful Property - Great Location and Management
The location of the house is well situated near shopping and good restaurants. Overall, the property is beautiful. The backyard is perfectly set up. The pool is awesome and there is ample seating areas. It looks out over the desert and a golf course, which you experience the desert from the pool without being too close to golfers passing by.
The master bed room is huge and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen and living areas are well done and make for a great gathering area with family.
Overall, I want to give it 5 stars as it has so much potential. However, it needs some minor fixes and tweaks. There are a few misc things around the house that need a handyman (simple things like facets that are loose or cabinet doors not set properly). They are minor, but need to be fixed. The most frustrating thing to discover as we went to make drinks is there is no ice-machine in the house. There is a nice refrigerator, but it’s not hooked up to the water line for ice. I was told there is a separate counter-top ice machine in the laundry room, but that did not work.
However, the property management company was VERY GOOD to work with. When I would text about something they immediately responded. When I was frustrated about the ice they quickly had several big bags of ice delivered. They more than made up for a few minor frustrations.
All in all, I would absolutely stay here again. I hope they just address a few minor things.
