The home is a Resort Home and perfect for entertaining. Heated Swimming pool! ($350/weekend up to 7 days), 2 fire features, gas grill, Chef’s kitchen, spa like bathrooms, fireplaces inside and outside, golf course view right at the green, AND the rooftop patio – you can see all the mountains around and since we are on a hill, you can see the entire valley (gorgeous at night). In addition to the beds listed one queen self inflating air mattress is provided.

Just 15 minutes from the Chicago Cubs spring training facility (Sloan Park). And about 45 minutes to the Milwaukee Brewers facility in Maryvale. If you like shopping, old town Scottsdale is just 25 minutes away. Very easy access to the freeway (202). Close to the Superstition mountains – great hiking at Lost Dutchman park.

Bedroom 2: King size bed plus TV with cable
Bedroom 3: Queen size bed TV no cable hooked up
Bedroom 4: Twin size day bed with a Trundle pull out Twin bed below with desk & no TV
Two Queen air mattress are also provided for additional sleeping arrangement.

This home is located in Red Mountain Ranch which is a master planned community in NE Mesa just off the 202 freeway. The Red Mountain Ranch Country Club is a mile and a half away and features all of the amenities of a country club with an award winning golf course, country club with restaurant and bar, fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, junior Olympic pool and spa. The country club is open to the public so you have the option to join. There are various levels of membership. The best short term option is a Pickleball Family Membership...$125 sign up plus $88/month. Member must be present with family or guests. It Includes access to tennis and pickle ball courts as well as the junior Olympic 75 foot heated lap pool and spa. Other memberships are available; you can find details on the Red Mountain Ranch Country Club website.

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am (no one is allowed outside front or back during this time)
Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
Creepy Crawly Pool cleaner must remain in the pool. If removed the system will
overheat quickly and cause a meltdown.
No street parking at all times. The driveway and garage are available for your use.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 30 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out at additional fee.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 12 adults at any time.
