When we got there, there was an awesome welcome basket with popcorn and snacks for a movie night, it was very thoughtful. This is a very spacious home in a great neighborhood. The home was very clean and decorated very nicely. We enjoyed our stay and would use this home again. Thanks!

It was a beautiful home. The property was great! The location was perfect! The pool and the spa were awesome ! The dishwasher and fridge needed to be replaced.Overall an excellent place to stay. I forgot my jacket, the cleaners found it and the property managers are sending it to me

We had a great time, the house was the perfect size and set up, there were a few issues that I think need to be addressed by the property manager and I have sent those concerns in an email, but over all it was perfect ☺️

We could not use the pool and spa for 2 of the 3 days we were there as it was not ready to go. House was 80 degrees when we showed up, garbage was left on the kitchen island, and the home smelled of sewer gas. The home was nice, just didn’t seem ready for people to stay in it.

We rented this for our annual Girls Trip. Beautiful home and nicely laid out so everyone had their own space if needed. Quiet neighborhood and loved using the pool in the backyard. The digital guestbook was awesome to use and the welcome basket was very thoughtful. The one bedroom does get extra warm and was a little confusing on how to hook up the unit in the room to vent warm air outside but we eventually figured it out so more detail on that would be appreciated. Maybe have a small pump in garage to use for blowing up pool rafts and toys would be handy also. It was a great experience, wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return again.

we were there for a baseball tournament and the property was great. the only thing that didn't work was the waterfall on the pool and I would recommend a pool cover. When the landscapers came they cut the grass and it was as if they blew everything into the pool :( other then that the space was amazing, everything was pretty clean for a VRBO. It had necessary supplies. Since we had families with small kids it worked great for us having the day care behind the home. it made it less stressful having to worry about the noise of kids and we could all just relax. If you don't have small kids I could see how the day care my bug some people but it wasn't bad at all.

Our family of 6 stayed there while in the area for a college visit. The house was so comfortable and clean. But the pool was the absolute highlight! We ended up changing plans just to have more time with our family hanging out at the pool. I would definitely stay again. The host was great but we honestly didn’t need her for anything because the rental was in perfect running order. One of the best VRBOwe have stayed at. Beautiful neighborhood. Nice areas to walk. Close to restaurants and anything you could need. There is an elementary school next door and the playground is next to the backyard. Recess can be loud outside. We had our kids with so they thought it was fun.

This home is wonderful. All spaces are comfortably furnished and spacious. The backyard is gorgeous with an awesome pool. It was clean and came with all the amenities you would expect. The beautiful neighborhood is a bonus. I would highly recommend this home.

We had a wonderful time! The property was exactly as presented! The house was lovely and the yard and pool were amazing. Great location too! There is a great walking path a couple of blocks away. Management was very responsive. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Our family enjoyed our recent stay at this beautiful property. The location was great, the neighborhood park was walking distance from the property when the kids needed a quick break from the pool. Located in the beautiful Fulton Ranch neighborhood, we were located near many great restaurants and it was a short trip to Pheonix for both Rockies spring training and the Aquarium. The inteior was very clean and looks newly renovated. The backyard had a great pool and fire pit we enjoyed daily, though the simple water feature didn't work at time and the pool did take qite a while to heat (we needed it warmer most likley as our children are young), once it was warm enough for the first windy day it was hard to get the kids to leave the pool! The property had plently of room for our family and we grealy enjoyed our stay!

Amazing house, worked perfect for our large family. So much space, the pictures are right on! I love the decor, the privacy and how comfortable the couches and beds were. The backyard is incredible. The daycare behind us didn't bother me, I rather enjoyed the happy laughs of children (only for short spurts a few times each weekday). Having the ability to heat the pool was amazing. And we really used the hot tub and the propane fire pit every day! Will definitely come again!

The location of this property to the baseball fields was great. Many restaurant and shopping options. House was very well maintained. Property backs up to a daycare so weekday's were loud with kids playing outside. Lots of dogs in neighborhood that barked non stop. Overall a very good experience.
