Charges

The property is trying to charge me for the pool vacuum and pool tech coming out. We did not use the pool vacuum and this maintenance should be paid for by the owner/rental company. The property was hard to get into, the door lock did not work properly. The main bedrooms shower was dirty upon arrival. And when I asked the company if they have pool floaties they replied no but in fact did. Not the greatest communication.overall.

Great Property but supplies were lacking

The home is advertised to accommodate up to 18 people, but even with just 12 guests, we ran out of toilet paper with none in sight. We were also instructed to manage our own trash and sort it into separate bins; however, we were provided with an inadequate number of trash bags, making the cleanup quite challenging. To make matters worse, the recycling bin was bolted shut, preventing us from following the recycling guidelines. When I contacted the management company on Sunday morning, their response was that we could have "called for more supplies." However, this crucial information was not communicated to us initially. It would have been much more convenient to have essential supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags readily available in the home, rather than having to call for them. Furthermore, the kitchen lacked basic supplies such as tin foil and saran wrap, which is unusual for rental properties. In comparison to other places we've stayed, the kitchen here was not adequately equipped. On a brighter note, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the pool was a fantastic feature.
