Poor customer service
We arrived after a 12 hr. drive to find all mattress pads, bedding & towels on the floor, unflushed toilets and smeared counters & bathroom mirrors. We requested a very small credit for using the linens on the floor to sleep and for doing our own bathroom cleaning. Hotels.com.(Evolve) has not responded.
