  • Welcome to this airy and well-appointed two-bedroom loft condo here in sunny South Scottsdale! Bring the whole family along on a vacation they won't soon forget. Boasting a modern interior throughout, you will feel right at home. Be sure to bring some favorite recipes along, as the full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to show off your culinary skills. Head outside and feel the warmth of the sun on your skin at the shared pool area as you enjoy a new book and a cold drink. When the kids are tuckered out from a day of Marco Polo, head back to home base and play a movie on the smart TV for all to enjoy!

    Scottsdale is the perfect location for any type of getaway! Bask in the sun while by the pool if you want to simply relax. Head downtown for numerous restaurants to curb any cravings and shops to accommodate your souvenir needs. Big Surf waterpark, the Phoenix Zoo, and the Desert Botanical Garden are great options within a few miles of your front door for family-oriented activities! Plus, the outdoorsy guests won't be able to scratch the surface of the number of trails available nearby, but Hole in the Rock is a great place to start, only four miles away.

    THINGS TO KNOW
    The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than six adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements.
    In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.
    Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa, it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

Master bed was awful noisy and a 3” crater in it… both drains for sink and shower were broke in the master bath. Could not access the condo from the garage stairs due to code not shared so we had to walk around the building to get in each time. I feel it was over priced for what we received!

The code for the check in did not work and had to call in to get it resolved.The Main bath shower handle fell off and did not work. The upstairs bathroom sink would not drain. The lights and ceiling fan did not work in the master bedroom. The beds are a 2 out of 10. Worn out master bed one side sinks inches lower than the other side. The second bed is hard as a rock. I reported this to the management company and asked for a discount but they never got back to me. A little work could make this place better but it was a disappointing stay......

Great property, very nice and cozy apartment. Kids loved the bunk bed, and pool and the hot tub at the property :)The large refrigerator was the kids' third favorite!

Super Clean Condo

The only reason why I gave Communication with Property Manager an average score is that I didn't need to contact them. This condo is really clean with a nice spacious layout. I enjoyed walks and bike rides in El Dorado Park. You can't beat the location--easy access to the entire Phoenix Metropolitan area. I highly recommend it!

The property managers were excellent! There were some issues with the unit and they were handled quickly and fairly. Overall the unit was sufficient for our purposes but it really was a “you get what you pay for” situation. It was a good deal for how we used it as we were at the hospital the bulk of the time.

The house was really clean and the stay was overall great. The other past reviews were super helpful so we knew what to expect with the rooms and furniture. Checking in was a little confusing, but again the past reviews were really helpful in figuring out that you had to come in through the front door for the first time. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but it was fine for the few days we were there. The kitchen is a bit lacking in things to cook - make sure to bring ground coffee if you’re a coffee drinker, there’s only one of the tiny hotel coffee makers.

Vacasa company was very unhelpful with multiple issues we encountered on our stay, the house was overall pretty great besides a very old smell that never went away.

Great little condo with easy access to Old Town and nearby shops. Great park nearby as well. I didn't give it 5-stars due to parking at the complex. Parking is problematic. There were more nights than not where I had issues parking my truck as there are not enough spots with the number of condos. The garage that is assigned to the unit was not big enough to park my truck.

Great location, good place, needs minor TLC

The condo location was convenient to everything and being along the parkway was a huge plus. The condo’s grounds were upscale and well maintained. The condo’s interior was new and included everything we needed/wanted. There were a handful of minor things that would improve the experience: several rooms had light bulbs not working, multiple tv remotes had old batteries and didn’t work, the remote for the master light/fan didn’t work (no wall switches), the upstairs tv could only play DVD’s (no cable, streaming, etc) and the dishwasher had a label saying it didn’t clean well and everything should be hand washed (seemed odd for a recently rehabbed kitchen). These are all relatively minor and easily correctable issues, and they wouldn’t stop us from staying here again; but cumulatively they detracted from the experience.

Really Disappointed

We were told to enter thru the garage. Hauled our luggage up stairs to unit door, to gain entrance. Lock was broken. We were asked to remove shoes and leave in box by door. No box and the carpet was very stained so what's the purpose. Out of the 2 plastic glasses to take to pool, one was warped out of shape. Bedroom ceiling Light/fan combo turned itself on, at 4 AM. Unit description says walkable to Old Town. Yes, if you don't mind a 5K each direction. Owner is only worried about the money not the guests!

Largely a great place, some confusion, some quality issues

Good location, very clean, I would stay again. However a few things to be aware of. #1 - Entry and parking is confusing and not well explained. We were told the garage parking spot, but it was not clear which garage. The unit faces a series of garages, but those are wrong, it's the garages in the "alley" in between several units. Also there was no way to open the door between the unit and the garage first, you had to open the unit from the front door and then there was a key hanging near the garage door you could use to open it next time. #2 - It's not really two "bedrooms". The second "bedroom" is a loft without a door separating it from the downstairs kitchen/living room area. Limits sleeping arrangements if people want to be watching TV, etc. #3 - The upstairs loft had some quality issues. The bed was very uncomfortable - hard but light so that it shifted a lot under you. The sliding door on the shower/tub upstairs was not fully attached to the wall, hopefully that gets fixed.

Let me start with the positive - the pool and grounds are lovely, lots of beautiful flowering bushes and well maintained The unit was a Joke. It wasn't clean, dust everywhere, floor was filthy (they had a sign to remove your shoes - no way)- one of the toilets hadn't been cleaned in awhile (pee everywhere, disgusting!). The bed was the worst bed I have ever slept in, the light fan combo in the bedroom was missing the globe. The rug in the Living room was full of stains, there was no coffee table or end tables, or pillows on the couch (as the photos show). The sliding glass door didn't lock, no bathroom rugs when we arrived (Vacasa dropped some off a day or two later), barely any toilet paper. The Kitchen wasn't very well appointed. The entry stairs from the garage to the unit were also filthy - really disgusting. The furniture, what little there was, was really cheap and very uncomfortable. I would think Vacasa would have certain standards for what a place is required to have to be allowed in their rental pool - this place was disappointing and frankly unacceptable. I would never recommend to anyone!

Not bad for short stay and small group

The condo was spacious for a small family or a couple, but I would not say it sleeps eight unless you are a family with small children or young people who don’t care about privacy. The king bed is in a loft…no sound privacy at all..no door. The back bedroom has a door but it is small with a set of double-sized bunk beds and one trundle. We ended up not having the 8 people who were supposed to come so it worked out, but I would say the condo sleeps four-six….eight is a stretch. The air conditioning is very loud…so loud we had to raise our voices to hear each other speak when the fan was running. The TV downstairs was nice but the upstairs doesn’t have cable or wifi. The kitchen is great and had everything we needed. The bathrooms are spacious and clean. The condo is cute but definitely looks better in the pictures. The pool was nice…very clean. Parking was hard. We came back every night at around ten and all spots were taken..we only had our garage and it was a tight fit to get our minivan in there. The contract says we have three spots but that was not the case..we only had one. If we’d had two or three cars I don’t know what we would have done. I think the residents must all park in the lots and not use their garages much. The beds were very comfortable. The place was very clean when we arrived. I would recommend the place for a couple or small family, but definitely not eight people.
