A really good place to stay!

I so enjoyed staying at Jill's home. It was comfortable and cozy. Having entire access to the 2nd floor was great. Her place is clean, had all the basic amenities needed, plus lots of extras to accommodate just about anyone. And she had lots of extra bath towels which is important to me :) Even though it's a shared space, I felt like I had the home to myself. The neighborhood is quiet and the area is close to lots things for your enjoyment. I highly recommend staying here. I would definitely stay here again. She makes your stay at her home easy and very worthwhile. Thank you Jill for your hospitality.

Fun and clean

Enjoyed our stay at Jill’s Loft. Had a lot of fun with ping pong table and foos ball. Beds were comfy. Relaxing space (couch, etc) and kitchen is shared with owner, but we didn’t use those rooms at all. Jill is a really nice host and easy to communicate with. Thanks!

Spring Break Golf Trip

I brought my son and his buddy to Surprise to golf with some retired friends who live in the area. Jill's place was a perfect stopping place. Clean and quiet and a good spot to unwind after being on the course all day.

Overall the property provided what we needed. This place is a shared living space with the owner and her dogs living downstairs. Upstairs of the home was for the guest, place was clean with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. If you dont mind shared living, good option for you.

Very comfortable stay outside Phoenix

The property was part of the host's house, but was completely separate. We saw each other a little bit, but mostly I was alone in the house. The space is big, has lots of toys (dart board, foosball, ping pong, workout gear) and a mini-fridge. Jill is a great host. I'd stay here again in a minute.

With a shared space, it can be a little awkward using the kitchen so if you're just using the upstairs space and bedroom for a short stay, it's fine. Due to Luke AFB, there is jet noise constantly but it does stop for the night. The host is great and never made us feel like we're intruding. There is a nice park nearby with walking paths but no restaurants or other shopping within walking distance.

Jill was fantastic to work with! This was our first experience with staying in a VRBO, and she answered any questions I had right away. It is a shared house, but it was not awkward. We had the two bedrooms, bathroom, workout room, and living space upstairs. The kids loved having a pool/ping pong table and dart board. It was also great to have access to the hot tub. Safe neighborhood, off street parking.

Perfect for our needs

Jill was a great host, and very quick to respond with any questions or needs we had. We were in town for a college baseball tournament, and location was great-less than 2 miles to Surprise Stadium. Shared spaces were not an issue, and we had everything we needed!

All the amenities…

My son and I stayed here to see a Cardinals football game. The stadium was an easy 10 - 15 min drive. The upstairs was perfect for us. All the conveniences of home. Jill was a great host. It is a shared rental, but didn’t even notice her there. Good value and great location.

Went with the family to visit our daughter at college. Had a fun stay with the pool table and Foosball and a short day trip to lake pleasant for fun day on the lake. Owner was quick to respond with any questions we had and the teens all enjoyed the hot tub.

Great house

We made a quick trip for my best friends wedding and the location was perfect so close to the church. If I had questions Jill was very quick to reply. The pool table was great we got to relax and play. The whole upstairs was ours and felt like we were alone the whole time. We will definitely be staying again when we are in town.

Clean and Comfortable.

The property was very clean and comfortable. I stayed with my daughter 30, My son 20 and his girlfriend 20. We were there Easter weekend to visit family for the holiday. The only negative was the couch in the first bedroom was a couch only, Not a futon. For us this was not a problem and was an easy switching of bedmates. I slept with my daughter. The host was kind, quick to reply to any questions. My children enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table. Jill provided coffee, tea, cappuccino, and hot chocolate with a Keurig machine. I will definitely be staying again. We usually travel into the area every 3 to 4 months to see my family who lives there.

Fun Home Base

This was the perfect place to use as a home base while we visited family and sites around Phoenix. Our three teens enjoyed playing billiards, ping pong, and Foosball. The workout room and hot tub were great. There's even a park within walking distance that has a basketball hoop and a playground area for younger kids. Jill was very accessible and accommodating. She has three dogs, which stay downstairs on the main floor, and we hardly ever heard or saw them. The upstairs game room is open to the main floor. Overall, we had a great experience and felt as if we were staying with family.
