Inside, a chef’s kitchen, a second prep kitchen, and generous gathering spaces invite everyone to feel at home. With five bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and room for sixteen, this estate makes time together extraordinary.

The Space
Welcome to Arbor Grove, a five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom Scottsdale estate with approximately 4,000 square feet of inviting interior space. Thoughtful places to gather, a private office, and an expansive backyard give your group room to enjoy the stay at its own pace.

Private Pool, Hot Tub & Backyard
Spend the afternoon poolside beneath the backdrop of eucalyptus and citrus trees, or slip into one of two hammocks with a book. A private hot tub invites an evening soak, and the outdoor gas fireplace creates a welcoming place to linger after sunset. An alfresco shower offers a refreshing rinse after pool time or a hot tub soak.

Prepare dinner on the BBQ and gather at the outdoor table, which seats fourteen. The putting green and convertible sports court offer space for basketball, volleyball, pickleball, or badminton. Whether your plans are active or wonderfully unhurried, there’s room to make the day your own.

The pool measures approximately 35 feet 3 inches long by 14 feet 1 inch wide, with a listed depth of 8 feet. No diving is permitted; please follow posted safety signage and supervise children closely.

Living Areas
Generous seating and an indoor fireplace anchor the main living space, inviting conversation, shared movies, and quiet moments between outings. A climate-controlled wine cellar provides a place for the favorite bottles you bring.

Kitchen & Dining
The main kitchen features a double-wide refrigerator, a six-burner stove, dual sinks, and ample preparation space. A separate prep kitchen adds a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink, making meals for your group feel a little easier. Cooking essentials and a coffee maker are provided.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Five bedrooms welcome up to sixteen registered guests:
• Primary Suite: King bed, direct backyard access, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, bidet, dual vanities, and custom closet.
• Bedroom Two: King bed.
• Bedroom Three: Queen bed and private TV.
• Bedroom Four: Four queen beds and a private en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom Five: Queen bed and office desk.
Three full bathrooms and one half bathroom serve the home. The guest limit remains sixteen regardless of the number of beds.

Work & Everyday Comforts
A private office and Wi-Fi offer a comfortable way to stay connected when needed. An in-home washer and dryer, heating, and air conditioning help make longer stays feel easy. A Pamo Babe portable crib / Pack ’n Play with fitted sheets and a high chair are available for families.

Complimentary parking is available in the four-car driveway. Street parking is also available; please follow posted signs and keep neighboring driveways clear.

From the care we put into preparing your home to the support we offer throughout your visit, every detail is guided by one goal: helping you feel beautifully taken care of.

Important Check-in/Check-out Note
We take approximately 5–6 hours between reservations to thoughtfully clean and prepare Arbor Grove for your arrival. To give every guest the same care and attention, we’re unable to arrange early check-in or late check-out in advance. If the home is ready early, we’ll gladly let you know on your arrival day. Thank you for giving our team the time to make everything welcoming for your stay.

Pets
A getaway is even better with your furry companion along. We’re happy to welcome one pet per stay. Please include your pet in the reservation so the applicable pet fee can be added. If a pet arrives without being included, we’ll request the required fee.

Guests
Help us prepare for everyone joining you by including all overnight guests in your reservation. This keeps your guest count and pricing accurate. If your plans change and additional guests will be joining, simply let us know so we can update the reservation and arrange any applicable extra guest fees. All guests must be registered, and the home accommodates up to 16 guests in total.

Pool Heating
The pool can be heated to temperatures between 80°F and 92°F for an additional fee. Pricing may vary; please ask your host for pricing details before your stay. We’ll confirm the cost with you before arranging the service.

Additional Cleaning Services
Would you enjoy a refresh during your stay? Additional cleaning services are available for an added fee. Simply message our team for pricing and scheduling—we’ll be happy to help arrange the service.

For Families
To make traveling with little ones a little easier, we provide a Pamo Babe portable crib / Pack ’n Play with fitted sheets and a high chair. Please bring any additional childcare essentials your family needs. Children should always be closely supervised around pools and hot tubs.

Security Policy
For the safety of our guests and property, security cameras monitor the exterior of the home only. To help maintain a peaceful setting for everyone, parties, unauthorized events, and unregistered guests are not permitted. If these rules are violated or a safety concern arises, on-site security may be dispatched, and the reservation will be terminated, requiring all guests to vacate the property without refund.

Cleaning, Maintenance & Property Access
To keep your stay comfortable and our home beautifully maintained, our team and approved service providers may access the property for pool care, landscaping, pest control, housekeeping, necessary repairs, or emergencies. Exterior services may take place during your stay. For interior visits, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance; guest-requested services or necessary access may take place while you’re away. We’ll always respect your privacy and work to keep interruptions to a minimum.

Discrepancies
Your comfort matters to us. If anything about the home’s cleanliness or amenities needs attention when you arrive, please let us know right away so our team has the opportunity to help promptly. Refunds are not provided for concerns first reported after your stay has ended or for circumstances outside our control, such as acts of God. Complimentary amenities, including the pool and hot tub, may occasionally require repairs or temporary closure; these interruptions do not qualify for refunds or discounts. Refunds will only be considered for additional paid services that were unavailable. Amenities that are not essential to the livability of the home are considered complimentary.

Heating and Cooling
Please make yourself comfortable by adjusting the thermostat during your stay. Our heating and cooling systems have preset operating limits to help protect the equipment and keep it running reliably.

Scottsdale Occupancy Disclosure
In accordance with the City of Scottsdale, the property accommodates a maximum of six adults and their related dependent children, with no more than 16 registered guests in total. Events and parties are not permitted.
