Tweakers, transients, cigarette smell filled room, dirty sheets, hair on the ground, broken shower. We checked in and checked out, elected to drive 6 hours home rather than stay here 1 night. Plus side? Nice staff/front desk. Avoid

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with our room. We arrived in the evening and after being checked in we went to our room. When we unlocked the door, we had trouble getting it open. With some shoulder power, it pushed open to reveal the problem. Obviously the door to this room had been kicked in at some point in time. The door jam was all broken and cracked. There were blood stains on the sheets and bed cover. A dirty wet rag on the microwave. A shampoo bottle cap in the tub and blood on the bathroom door. We never touched a thing, turned around, and went back to the front desk. The front desk gentleman did not hesitate in giving us an immediate refund on our stay. Unfortunately, because of the short notice on a one week stay, our vacation cost us a couple thousand more than expected to find another room during spring training.

The sink in the bathroom smelled like a sewer. The shower in the bathroom was broken. There was marijuana cigarettes in the room the drawers we could not use because they were full of mold and full of trash. The carpets were not vacuumed. The beds were not made the guy in the front his name was Max or Sam was horrible. I showed Rosa pictures of the room and everything that was wrong with it, including the marijuana cigarettes the doors, the shower everything she says she cannot do nothing but I would like my money back ASAP. This room was horrible and service was also horrible. The maintenance guy acted like he couldn’t understand me and just walked away when I was talking to him. You can reach me at 6239996360. The rooms were terrifying ...we were first put in a room that was insanley dirty then moved to another room with no locking door floors covered in food and other substances the shower not being finished and all of the fixtures including the paintings and light fixtures on the walls were all broken and destroyed...when we asked to cancel the room the front desk agent stated they did while leaving our reservation active. Do not stay here unless you want to be trafficked there are people posted up in front of and next to all the rooms and the staff seems to encourage their presence.

This is a bad hotel. Even at a lower rate it was dirty, carpets were terrible and room (non-smoking) smelled like smoke. Shower was broken and the key stopped working after two hours. Also many different characters in and out of the area all night long. Would not recommend at all.

Couldn't walk on carpet, felt sticky. No cable, called front desk twice with no answer. Waled to front desk to tell them TV didn't work, he said he would send someone, never did. On positive note, beds were comfortable and blankets were great, slept wonderful.

The 1st room offered smelled.horrible of tobacco, the carpet was badly stained and damaged, the couch was garbage. I returned and given the 2nd to look at. It also smelled the same, carpet and couch a little better but not much. Went to front desk and they said they couldn't do anything about it. All the rooms smelled the same he claimed. I tried to complain with Expedia but chat was no help. I asked to speak to an agent and.given a message saIng 15 minutes . I was tired, couldn't get help, didn't want to trAns find another hotel and stayed against my wishes.

There is a reason why it is nonrefundable. I dont know where they took the pictures or from what decade but they're not recent. Absolutely disgusting. Blood on the walls, looks like the microwave may have caught fire at one time, god only knows what was on the couch.

My room’s dead bolt did not work, the in room coffee pot was missing a brew basket. Pool area was locked up first evening. But the room served its purpose. I used the other latch to secure door and was able to get coffee down by the lobby in morning when I told staff i didn’t have brew basket.

If I could give it no stars I would this was the worst experience at a hotel I've ever had in my entire life. If I could post the pictures everyone would be as disgusted as I was.

The pictures do not match the property or rooms. It was in a sketchy neighborhood, the pool was drained and dried. We ended up staying somewhere else. They're is no way id let my family stay here.

Smelt like urine outside, found baggies from someone's drugs outside by the parking lot on one of the pillars. Carpets need cleaning make sure to wear your shoes inside!!! Cops cops and more cops!!!
