Great views-Arrowhead Lakes a HIdden Gem

Property as described. Been to the region many of times and didn't know this area of Glendale existed. Several custom homes on the lakes/waterways. Lots of pontoon boats but very quiet since all are electric. House was very clean and great views of the water and mountain. Was nice to sit outisde in the morning for coffee and in the afternoon to see the sunset. Very central location in the Phoenix area with Scottsdal being only 20 minutes and the Peoria area about 20 minutes. Even saw the Eagle on a walk around the area. This was a work/play vacation visiting family. Wifi worked great throughout the house. The owner was very responsive before and during the visit.
