Gated Get Away

The property was perfectly located right off the 101. Clean and spacious just like the pictures. The owner provided everything we required for the kitchen and grilling out. They provided all linens, towels and pool towels. The bedrooms were large and everyone in our group commented on how comfortable the beds were. The management group is very responsive. We had one issue resetting the oven and they had someone out there quickly to resolve the issue.We have stayed in quit a few vacation rentals over the years and I have to say this is at the top of the list for comfort and overall experience

Disappointing and not “Luxe”

Beautiful, clean house. Everything else was not good, including the service from property manager. Check in was a mess, wrong access information and left standing on street waiting for a call. Once in, cleaning people still there even half hour after check in. House next to expressway which is all you can hear inside and outside house. Backyard very small, not an oasis. Paid for hot tub which didn’t work 3/4 of stay and still haven’t received a refund because ‘their process takes time’. Amenities lacking, a couple examples - one small thin towel per person, 5 hangers per couple, breakers tripped every time a hair dryer or curling iron was used and also tripped whenever we used oven. Just a couple of the many examples. Told not to park on street but driveway is very small and neighbors always park in street and blocked us in driveway a few times. If price was reduced and listing more accurate it would t have been as frustrating, but definitely not worth the price and while house is beautiful, none of the other features match its quality.
