First, the listing photos show access to the clubhouse pool table, but we learned after arrival that it cannot be used after 5:00 PM. That restriction wasn’t clear in the listing and makes the amenity difficult for most guests to enjoy.It would also be very helpful to clearly note in the listing that this is a third-floor apartment with no elevator access. This is important information for guests with mobility restrictions or anyone traveling with heavy luggage.Regarding maintenance:- The toilet handles were already broken prior to our stay. - The dryer start knob was also broken, which left us unable to dry our laundry and forced us to pack wet clothes for the trip home.The pool area itself was very nice and well laid out; however, the hot tub appeared to need cleaning, and some of the pool tile between the hot tub and pool is in need of repair.Comfort was another concern. The living room furniture was not very comfortable, and the space did not feel well-suited for four adults as advertised.Cleanliness and supplies also fell short of expectations:- Shower curtains were stained. - There appeared to be residue or possible water damage on the floor in front of the refrigerator. - The kitchen had only the bare minimum—no basic items such as spices, flour, oil, or enough cups.Towels were limited (only two per bathroom), there were no pool towels, and the towels provided were mismatched and of low quality.
