We had 30 people and there was so much space and so much room. It is set up that there was space for that many to eat outside. There were sitting places throughout so you could have small groups gather. There were large group gathering spots. The amenities were amazing! Sauna, hot tubs, pools, pickleball court, putting green, volleyball, outdoor TV's. We used it all!

The company that owns the house was difficult and not very understanding or flexible. The actual property manager in Phoenix however was fantastic. The main concern is there aren’t a lot of the actual items you need. They have fire pits but no tools for s’mores or to make a fire. You need to bring all that yourself. Same with the pools. No floats or in pool loungers. We also were pleased to have both properties. The house they consider the “old house” the pool is very deep and not a lot of places for sitting around and hanging out in the pool especially since there are no floats. There also aren’t a ton of dishes for hosting or cooking. Very basic things but a majority of the cabinets are empty. So if you plan on hosting or cooking you’ll need to bring a lot of your own stuff.The actual property manager was very responsive and flexible. When you have questions deal directly with her and not Heirloom themselves. She was wonderful! Overall it was great and what we needed but we were lucky to be local and have someone run to our house to get some items they didn’t have and had to speak with the property manager a few times throughout the stay.
