This was one of best home we have stayed at. Beautiful home, very comfortable. Great infinity pool. The owner added some nice touches like a welcome basket and personal products that make you feel appreciated. Everything is upscale inside and out. I can’t say enough about the views. The views of the mountains and golf course are amazing. I highly recommend the nearby golf course. We will definitely book another stay here. It is a great home for families or friends. Thanks to owners for hosting us.

A Slice of Heaven in Fountain Hills

Perfect sanctuary for a week of R&R with our family! The views are absolutely beautiful, and outdoor living space complete with infinity pool and spa were highlights of this gorgeous home. We would highly recommend for any families or groups wanting to get away for some AZ sun, golf and hiking!

In town for work and WM Open

Wes was awesome to communicate with. Never made me feel like I was bothering him. House was so clean beautiful and perfect for a dinner party. Will say that Waze doesn’t have an accurate location for house. So recommend using google maps. Was a great stay and highly recommend for a group and family get together.

Incredible views, location amazing, almost perfect getaway!

Fountain Hills is quickly becoming one of our favorite getaway locations. This home was perfectly situated above a golf course, the pictures in the listing only give you a glimpse of how beautiful the views are. The pool is perfect, the outdoor space, although a bit aged, is really spectacular. We spent 95% of our waking time on the back deck. The interior of the home was very clean, each room was well equipped and all of the beds were comfortable. Lots of different spaces for a large group. Our four boys had a blast exploring and referred to it as a castle. The shuffleboard was a hit. The kitchen needs a bit of tlc. The fridge had an odd smell, the gas stove made a clicking sound that was slightly unnerving and the oven temp numbers are rubbed off so it's tough to know what your setting it at. Really, all were fine, but for a beautiful home like this I think it would be worth fixing or updating the older appliances. The property manager was ok, he was as helpful as he needed to be. One big suggestion: Replace all of the bath towels in the house. They smell terrible once they get wet, as if they've been used for years and years and the sweaty/mildewy smell just doesn't leave them. All in all, a near perfect trip. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a great outdoor space/view, and has a large group.

Nice Stay in a Beautiful Location

We booked this property to use for a family reunion of adults and children over 3 days and the location was gorgeous. By-and-large, the reunion was a success, and the facilities were perfect for our needs. I have not given the rating 5 stars, however, due to a few issues, which I’ll go into. The property had recently suffered a broken water pipe, which entailed contractors in to repair the damage, and although all of the cosmetic repairs were not completed prior to our arrival, we were grateful that the reservation wasn’t cancelled on us at short notice and that we were able to use it. We were fine with the unfinished dry wall in some of the locations, but when we arrived, there was a pile of construction debris just outside the front door and a large dewatering machine standing in the entrance foyer, both of which we had to hide before the other guests arrived. Although everyone truly enjoyed the stay, given the “luxury” price paid, it would’ve been nice if a price reduction / refund had been offered, since the property was no longer “what we had booked” several weeks earlier - although, granted, due to the unanticipated circumstances of a broken water pipe… Also, we had paid extra to ensure that the pool and spa were fully heated, but when we arrived, this was not the case. After leaving several voicemails with the property contact, Wes, a repairman was sent out sent out the next day to fix the heater. To his credit, Wes refunded the extra paid for the heating.

Great view, average house

This house has a number of great qualities. 1. The view is amazing 2. The Pool and Hot Tub are fantastic. 3. Great location with easy access to various places. 4. Space - The house it quite large with plenty of room. 5. Property manager was very responsive to questions. The house also has som drawbacks 1. The house is in need of a general upgrade, paint, furniture, kitchen cabinets, rugs, fridge and stove, and other small things. Squeaky fans. The refrigerator smells and needs to be replaced. It also has a lot of ware on the inside (rust) and outside. Master bathroom sinks spill water all over the place. Master bedroom mattress is very warn and has dents from age. For the price point of the house, the interior is not up to par. 2. Technology in the house is wonky and inconsistent. Some of TVs are all different and can be hard to use. 3. Patio furniture is a bit old and warn. Useable but showing a lot of ware. 4. Its an older home (2007) and you can tell the tech was added over time. Lots of wires all over the place. 5. Movie / pool table room is quite warn. Pool table is older, walls need painted and tech is a bit dated and thrown together. 6. Would be great to have a grocery service for people arriving late in the evening (nice to have).

Our stay here was amazing! The home exceeded our expectations in being luxurious and completely stocked. It was also immaculate and comfortable and we can’t wait to stay here again. The outdoors is paradise with the pool and places to sit and relax. We were memorized by the views of mountains and Fountain Hills. The property manager kept us informed and we knew they were available if we needed help with anything. All around the best place we have stayed. Thanks for hosting us.
