Just minutes from shopping, dining, and attractions, yet offering complete privacy, this 2,600+ sq. ft. retreat features five bedrooms, newly remodeled kitchens and bathrooms, and upgraded slate flooring in all high-traffic areas—comfort, style, and convenience at every turn.
The space
The heart of this property is its spectacular backyard, accessible through four sliding door locations. Lounge on the flagstone patio overlooking the desert wash with cactus and mountain vistas, splash in the heated Pebble Tec pool with waterfall, or soak in the spa under the stars next to the built-in firepit. Watch the sunset behind the mountains and the city lights come alive at night.

Inside, enjoy seven smart TVs, high-speed 300 Mbps WiFi, and luxury furnishings throughout. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, and bedrooms feature 100% cotton linens and high-quality mattresses.

1 month at Skyview Ranch

Spent a month at McDowell Mtn Rnach. Thoroughly enjoyed it. House was not perfect but no big issues. Just some minor maintenance things needing attention. Had everything we needed and more. Was clean and felt like home. Was in a pretty busy neighborhood, but really liked the location. Out far enough where you felt like you were in the foothills, but close in enough to be convenient to shopping and restaurants. Have already booked next year.

Perfect retreat!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Kitchen & living space was so comfortable. Beautiful views of Camelback every morning and glorious sunsets each evening while sitting in the hot tub. Home had all the dishes and cooking amenities. Master bedroom was perfect and had closet space to unpack and feel at home. Location was awesome. I walked right out the door to either neighborhood sidewalk trails or to the Gateway McDowell Mountain trail system. Loved that! Close to grocery, shopping and restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful winter getaway!

Just Perfect!

This was a lovely rental - very well appointed home -from kitchen to bath to bedrooms. The sunsets each night were outstanding -- it is a beautiful property and a really great location. We will return!

Better than advertised

This Vrbo deserves 5+ stars because of the attention to detail by the owners. Everything is new and first class. Upon arrival, the house was spotless, the pool and hot tub had just been cleaned and the temperature was perfect. Not to mention the weather was a sunny 80 degrees the whole week and the landscaped flowers were blooming. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen, gas fireplace, and community basketball court. This rental has rare views of the mountains, sunsets and city lights. Hiking is right out the front door.

The house was immaculate, very spacious. Had everything we needed. The pool area the Jacuzzi the grill the whole set up was wonderful. We had a family gathering had plenty of Space. The children loved going down to the basketball court. I highly recommend this home. John and Kimberly answered any questions within minutes, great to work with. Thank you we had a wonderful trip!! Beautiful property.

The location is exactly where we wanted to be. The property is beautiful. It exceeded our expectations. Our six-year-old granddaughter Tatum said they deserve 100 stars. The property managers were fabulous. We had small small issues and they took care of them immediately. I highly recommend this property. We hope to come back next year and stay.

The BEST PLACE WE HAVE EVER STAYED!

I don't usually write reviews but this place deserves a ten star rating! We have stayed in many different VRBO homes over the years and none can compare to this one. Believe me when I tell you the pictures and information provided do not do it justice. This was a paradise! We arrived on a rainy day after what had been torrential rains and we were actually able to enjoy the weather. We could sit under the covered patio on incredibly comfortable loungers and just watch the rainfall. We even enjoyed the hot tub with a little rain! The next day we had sunshine and those amazing views! I couldn't stop taking pictures, especially of the sunsets! It made us feel like we were in a world of our own with the mountains so nearby and the quiet of the desert. Amazingly, shopping, restaurants and all kinds of activities were just a short drive away so we could enjoy all that Phoenix had to offer and still feel pampered. The house offered everything we needed, including extra throws for the cooler temps and movie channels on all the TVs. The layout was perfect for gathering in the kitchen/family room but also provided additional space to spread out. The kitchen was amazing as was the master bath! All the extra touches just made for a totally memorable stay. John and Kimberly, you were amazing through the whole process! We can't thank you enough for creating the perfect get-away for us! We will definitely be booking this home again...and soon!
