A Wonderful Home and Host

The property is a great house situated in a quiet residential neighborhood very close to shopping and amenities (and the Mayo Clinic, if that's an applicable reason for visiting). If there was any complaint I had, it would be that the house was a touch on the warmer side, but hey, it's Scottsdale in the summer, that isn't a very applicable complaint. Plenty of space and attentive cleanliness makes it all the better. Communication with the host was extremely easy and friendly, and checking in was a piece of cake. Purified drinking water as well! I had an issue with water temperature as it relates to the shower, but I'm also an idiot, so your own mileage may vary with that experience.

December Golf Trip

The property is nice, very clean and adequately stocked. Where we had problems is specifically with the property management. Despite requesting the pool/spa be heated for the duration of are stay when we made the booking weeks before our stay, (additional daily fee applies even though heated pool is in the listing title) it was not heated. We immediately contacted the manager and were in informed we needed to pay the pool heat fee which we did. Long story short the pool/spa was never heated for the duration of the trip and the communication from management is awful, in fact the phone number provided is not in service. In summary it’s a nice house but the management leaves a lot of room for improvement. Given all the options for rentals in this area I would look elsewhere.
