Comfortable house with plenty of space and privacy. Pool and courtyard area was excellent! Could use more silverware, pizza pan and cutter, mixing/serving bowls. The appliance are old in the main house. The house next door seemed a bit sketchy, but they were quiet neighbors.

The house has fleas in the couch and is very dirty. The furniture and rugs were stained with black marks. Completely disgusting. The neighborhood is unsafe and shares a carport with a neighbor that looks like a crack den. We were afraid at night. The towels were at least 10 years old and dingy and the the kitchen sink was moldy and dirty. There were 3 wine glasses in the house and no cleaning supplies at all besides dish soap. The hot tub had very little water in it and it never got hot. We paid extra for a heated pool but it was cold. This place is on the wrong side of the river and the wrong side of the tracks. Literally.
