This is the second time I’ve rented this loft apartment. My son and I really enjoyed our time. We had everything we needed and location was great! Close to restaurants and shopping!!

Love the kitchen! Well equipped, blender great for smoothies, enough pans and pots to cook. Location perfect for us, easy access to events we had to attend. Very nice.

Perfect Getaway Spot
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Vrbo property in Phoenix and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. The space was recently updated with modern decor and amenities that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The open layout of the living area was perfect for relaxing and socializing with family. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals and the bedrooms were spacious with cozy beds. Overall, I highly recommend this Vrbo property for anyone looking for a modern and updated place to stay in Phoenix. The location was convenient to restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities. I look forward to returning for another stay in the future.

We left after the first night and checked into a hotel - for the cost, and having travelled many times to Scottsdale, I was expecting a much better neighborhood. Inside the property was very nice.

Loved this place if I’m honest. Location is quiet which is fine. Bottom bedroom is nice and dark. 3 TV’s which I liked. Cookware was nice. Fridge was good. It’s secluded from the rest of the units. If I lived in Scottsdale it would be an awesome bachelor pad. Highly recommend.

Nicely done garage
Great place once we found it. We thought we were at the wrong spot being that it is in the back of an odd looking location. This garage was converted into a nice area. Access to the unit was easy and the host gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. The location made it easy to get around. The other problem I felt was there is only one shower which the listing does state. It is upstairs in the loft portion so my friend had to come up to shower. The water seemed to take quite a while to warm up. Overall not a bad place.

Check the cleanliness
When u do your walk around to make sure nothing is broken or seems wrong CHECK THE CLEANLINESS OF THE SHOWER. And let them know right away of any cleanliness issues or else they do not take you serious at all which is unfortunate. I did not need to use the shower until my second night of the stay and there was still hair from someone else in the drain still and on the ground and there was dirt and build up of some kind on the ground. I did not reach out to the host until The last day because i Did not want to deal with it and it was a staycation for me so I was able to go home And be comfortable showering there. Some of the dishes were also not fully clean but did not see those until the last day when I went to use them. So check every little thing !!! I wanted a cleaning fee refund because the Bathroom was very not clean but was denied. Do your du diligence on checking because they don’t do their du diligence cleaning.
