Scottsdale Spring break!

This property was amazing! We stayed with two family’s (9 people total) and it was the perfect proximity to Phoenix and downtown Scottsdale. The pool and hot tub were perfect for the hot days and cooler nights! Definitely recommend this property!

Bachelorette Getaway

This place was great! Located perfectly close to all the downtown fun with Uber/Lift always only minutes away. We chatted about renting it again in the future for another girls weekend. Would definitely book again!! Such a cool spot. Communication was also excellent. Made it an amazing experience!!

Bachelor Party

We stayed here for a weekend as we were going to Scottsdale for Spring Training and my bachelor party. We had heard great things about Old Town Scottsdale.It was great proximity to food and nightlife as well as a number of ballparks giving us options. Everything was incredibly clean and easy checking in and checking out. We had a great time and actually spent more time hanging out in the house than we did out at bars. We loved playing pool and there was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and relax. (Also the couch was REALLY comfortable.)Would absolutely stay here again if I were to return to the area.Thank you again, GoodNight team!

It was a great stay in Arizona, wish it didn't rain, but the VRBO was in great shape and was a good stay. When it rained their were some leaks in the house, but when I contacted the owner of the VRBO they were quick to come out and help.

We hosted a "slumber party" for our friend who is moving to Italy. The home accommodated our needs for a place to comfortably sleep 12 and a large kitchen/seating for dining. Host was prompt in responding politely to all questions.

Just as advertised! Loved the location and the house. Clean, well stocked. We did have issues with the hot water heater and had to run two showers at once to get it to work. I did tell the host, they sent someone to work on it right away but they didn’t fix it. So we had to work around. Also, the landscape folks showed up unannounced and came in the back yard, which caught us off guard. Over all we loved it and would stay again.

The house was seriously cool and perfect size and design wise for our stay. We did have some maintenance issues though and had no hot water for showers for 7 adults for 3 nights. The dishwasher also leaked and was broken on the bottom. I communicated with Goodnight and they were very responsive but nothing was fixed during our stay. I also ordered pool heat and it was off when we went to get into the pool the first day. Luckily, we have a similar heater and were able to just turn it on but it would have been nice the first night. Overall, this was a really great property and we had a fantastic time. We cooked, swam in the pool and enjoyed the pool table and living spaces.

The home is beautiful! The living space is huge! The pool is beautiful as well as the outside space. However, two of the bathroom sinks have no nwater pressure, as well as two of the showers. Only one shower in the house worked. The owners were notified by did not send anyone to fix it. The bunk bed is rickety and bent. The accent and dining chairs are wobbly. A guest tried to sit on one of the accent chairs. He hadn't even put all of weight on it and one of the legs snapped. Because his weight wasn't on the chair, he didn’t fall on the tile, but could have been injured.
