There was random hair and toilet paper on the bathroom floor upon arriving to my room. The re was stains and burn holes on both beds white bedding. There was an unknown fluid stuck on the armor and table/counter tops like nobody has wiped down in years. There was no soap to wash our hands. The sofa and chairs were covered in gross looking spots I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on them without laying down a towel. From the outside the hotel looks nice and so does the pool area however during my stay the pool was filled with debris and the hotline water was yellow and also filled with even more debris (so I didn’t even get to use those). This hotel isn’t worth 60$/night let alone the 128$/night I spent. It is filthy in the rooms. But a pretty courtyard

This was, by far, the worst place I have ever stayed. It was filthy with cigarette burns everywhere and mold and peeling paint in the bathroom. Both the exterior screen window and the balcony screen door had been pried out of their frame before and sloppily re-set. Absolutely repulsive. I stayed one night because it was already when I checked in, but then escaped to a real hotel immediately in the morning.

So I've been living here for 3 months our HOT water doesn't run everyday , we're lucky to have it twice a week . Sometimes our water is turned off a whole day toilet fills up with poop. This is very unsanitary . On the other hand Shevit who works in the office in the morning is fantastic , she listens to our problems professional always has a smile , try's to get results. April I think she's the manager is also Great , helpful, professional but can get a little loud. I'm not sure about this other lady's name but I think she supervisor of the maids. She is very rude not helpful treats us customers like were trash, for instance :i oat my room in advance for weeks this lady will sometime come barging in the room asking are we staying really ! Look at the schedule woman or can she read? Also the chairs in my room are old and worn out , she was passing by one day i ask her can we get new chairs she didn't acknowledge me kept walking and said "Wr don't have " she could have stopped to llook at them and said something like I'll check right.

Holes in end table, trash still in waste basket, carpet stains from entrance through to the bedroom. Original furniture, curtains and carpet from the eighties. Wallpaper peeling. Several outlets did not function. Very sketchy place, did not feel safe. Don’t believe the pictures online.

There was a ton of block mold in the bathroom and there was no hot water so I had to take a cold shower and they failed to disclose that they didn't have hot water when I checked in. Absolutely unacceptable! This place was terrible.

The hotel is a “studio” as well and the local low lives stay there. Drugs, loud, dirty, unsafe. Do not stay here.

I was assigned a room that was not prepared for guests. The bed had no linen, the room was dirty, and the bathroom had no basic toiletries like shampoo. Concerningly, the fire alarm had been ripped from the wall. I didn’t stay. I would not feel comfortable recommending this hotel to anyone.

This place is so gross. Walking into the lobby weed smell. Rooms smell horrible even tho its a "non smoking room". It still smell like an ashtray and like mold, everything was dirty and old looking. Loud people outside with the "security" guy. Beds.... One was hard as a rock, the other one sank to the floor. Don't be fooled with the nice pics of this nasty place. I'm so grossed out. When I checked out.. they didn't bother to ask how was my stay. I'm sure they knew. This place needs to be closed down.

Had an issue with Expedia not booking my room after my package deal! This stay was booked up and not able to accommodate my room, to no fault of their own. The office attendant Harvey was great, helped me get lined out for another place!

The rooms weren’t clean beer bottles under cabinets , chunks missing from the couch and also had a bunch of dirt and debris in it, stains on the carpet , food on the carpet, hair in tub, gaps in the door, couldn’t use balcony due to safety reasons , balcony door didn’t shut properly,elevators didn’t work , hot tub didn’t work, rooms smelled like old cigarettes, the property was all around nasty . Needless to say my family and I left
